Please STAY AWAY.
Basically, what they do...they will make 36 months contract with you and they say that they will pay you reimburse for 18 months and after 18 months you have to make a full payment. But if you continually want reimburse then you will have to make a new contract 36 months contract after 18 months....WHAT A JOKE.....It means you are totally STUCK and you can't go away and the most funniest thing is that you can't even replace or change your number.

dealing with this company is like pulling teeth. Nearly three weeks into our first dealings with them and we are no closer getting new phones than we were when they first called us their salesmen are arrogant and make promises they cannot deliver. I was told to contact EE myself to verify our order. EE know nothing about the order. Why? because we doubt BusinessMobiles.com have actually processed it. Useless!

Terrible Service Throughout
At the beginning you feel that they are supportive and tell you they have a great deal for you, this is rubbish. Have to constantly contact customer services and get different information from different individuals. Complaints procedure what a waste of time they do not get back to you. Management hide behind the rest of the team, and when you do get to speak to a manager the issue is still not resolved. When they try and resolve your problem it cost you more and there is no compromising only threats.

Bad Service, Bad Price, Absolute Cheek.
We were duped into a 3 year contract with these guys with seemingly great perks. Only to find that the 10,000 minute bundle (costing us £600 a month) for a small team of 12 people was an absolutely terrible price.
As a few of our lines dropped out of contract and were cancelled, we still had to pay the ridiculous £600 a month for even fewer users, with no wriggle room. Even to our last user (£600 for 1 user), even though this line was never taken as part of the original 3 year contract.
Get to the end of our contract and they still demand every single handset back or they will charge you. After 3 years!!
Constantly on the look out for ways to take more money from you. Never again!

Don't Believe A Word They Say
They will tie you into a three year contract, telling you you will receive a monthly refund. You get pulled into there deals but you never see any refunds, doesn't matter how often you try to contact them. There sales team is all nice and polite and give a little bit of feed back to pacify you. ' You're next in the que to get refund'. Thats it. You wait, wait, wait and wait lots more. If you're lucky you may get a one of refund.
Don't tie yourself in with there DEALS.

Just Not Worth The Hastle
Our business has used them for almost 3 years and thankfully we are near the end of our contract. Simply put - you get billed as normal by the network and these guys refund the difference. So say they advertise £40 a month you get billed £60 by the provider and Business mobiles refund the £20. BUT once you sign up they NEVER get in touch (unless your contract is coming to an end) You have to chase them for the refund which is a nightmare. I now wait about 6 months and then chase them which if your persistent takes about 3 months to get your payment anyway.
These guys had a much lower star rating on here, they literally had 9 bad reviews for every good one. Then they decided to dispute every single negative comment so unless the poster came back to clarify unfortunately they got removed. My advice is just avoid these people and save yourself the headache.
P.S Just checked our records and our last 2 refunds from them were Jan 13 and July 14....... 18 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Service To Tell All My Business Contacts About!
I am extremely impressed with the service provided. He is great at what he does, truly knows the products and services. He is great at listening to what his customers want and gives them an overall package to suit their needs, rather than wants. He asked all the right questions at the start, and gave me a few options, he also gave me a recommendation based on the questions he'd asked me previously. No question was too difficult. He answered every question in detail and explained every process thoroughly as I was not only going to change providers, but also carry my number over, he told me what I needed to do and explained exactly how i should go about doing it. There were a few issues during the number switching process, however he took it upon himself to liaise with both providers to sort the issue out as soon as possible and at the same time made sure to keep me updated throughout. I am very happy with the service provided and can highly recommend Business mobiles to my business contacts.
Been with them for 3 years on a contract, never never again. they lie, don't return calls don't stick to their repayment plans. A complete rip off. What they did to me was to mislead, make false promises, if I had done that in my previous business I would have been sacked and maybe had a prison sentence for continually misleading clients. Their sales pitch is extremely convincing, but don't be fooled as I was.

I have been working with Businessmobiles for approx 18 months and have found the support staff to be consistently helpful in response to my requests. I particularly appreciate the quick replies I receive when emailing problems or questions to the support team. Even if a question or problem cannot be immediately dealt with, I typically get a quick email reply as acknowledement of the communication. More often than not, however, requests tend to be actioned/resolved without undue delay. For me, being updated on an outstanding issue without having to constantly chase for the current status is much appreciated. So far, I don't have any real bugbears about the service provided. I hope this high level of customer service continues.
