Fantastic Company Would Buy From Again

Sorry to read the bad reviews about not receiving cashback/free gifts that were promised when ordering. I never used a cashback/free gift offer when deciding to make my purchase of a Samsung Galaxy s7 Edge from them. I found the deal I eventually went for through Uswitch on a EE 24 month contract was good value for money with no up front costs. I have nothing but praise for Buy Mobiles their customer service dept have always answered the phone promptly when I have contacted them to check the progress of a credit check and their delivery service through UK Mail far exceeded my expectations. The product was delivered within 24 hrs and I was able to check online when they would be in my area to deliver the goods on the day that was arranged. I would not hesitate to recommend Buy Mobiles to my family and friends. 10/10

What a bunch of sharks. They have tried every trick in the book to wriggle out of settling cashback claims - making the whole process unnecessarily onerous; refusing to pay because the claim is a day late; refusing to pay because the detail sheets weren't included in the claim, just the main sheets; refusing to pay because, apparently, I never sent the claim to them via recorded delivery and consequently 'couldn't find the claim', insisted that the claim had to be accompanied by the claim voucher but refused to issue a replacement claim voucher - the list goes on and on. Caveat emptor.

Free Mercedes with every phone contract.

They advertise the nos 1 budget tablet on the market the nexus 7 with 5 meg camera for a freebie and then send out an old nexus 7 discontinued model with no camera

They say they were not aware and their supplier sent wrong stock blah blah blah.

So why are you still advertising this free gift and saying you still have it in stock ready to go.

Naughty boy !

How many more old tablets made from back in 2012 have you sent out to unsuspecting customers masquerading as the new lush top of the range model.

Are you contacting them all to acknowledge your actions ?

Told it was now in stock and send back the old one and then we send you the new one.

Guess what they don't have them in stock after all.

My replacement alternative model was a tab 4 and they had the audacity to charge me £19.95 for the privilege.

Yet the tab 4 like the nexus carried no surcharge whatsoever.

In my opinion which may be right or wrong they are to mobile phone sales what Vance Miller was to Kitchens.

The staff however are pleasant polite to deal with and there was no problems in answering the phone within 20 minutes.

Merry Christmas anyway and my lesson learned is sadly not to order with you ever again.

Unhappy New Customer

After purchasing a phone and free x box I have been informed after waiting on the phone half an hour that the gift is out of stock and can take up to 28 days! After reading other customers review this company are complete rip off merchants the customer service is diabolical! apparently the gift will b sent automatically yet in the phone parcel I have to send in a free gift voucher! The 2 forms of ID required I do not have and to find alternative ID THE PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS FIRM IF I DO NOT RECIEVE MY GIFT I WILL SEEK LEAGAL ADVISE AS THESE IDIOTS ARE IN BREECH OF CONTRACT!

I received my new handset exactly when expected but will not receive my Xbox one for up to 28 days I also received a claim voucher even though after reading the conditions it stated the x box will be sent automatically!what am I to believe the customer care is appalling and it seems A LOT of customers who buy from buymobiles.net are all airing the same complaints its a disgrace if I don't recieved the x box one some time very soon I will seek legal advise .

Hi there, I'm pleased to see that you received your handset so promptly. You are right, free gifts can take up to 28 days for delivery, this is stated in the terms and conditions you agree to when placing the order, and also mentioned in our FAQ's.

The Xbox will be sent automatically, the voucher has been sent to you by error. I apologise, as it seems receiving the voucher has confused things a little, although I hope this has clarified the process for you.

We place customer service as a top a priority, and are only too happy to assist any of our customers who get in touch.

You should receive an email within 28 days of your handset being delivered to advise when your gift has been dispatched.

We appreciate your comments and will take these on board of course. I do hope this response helps to clear things up a bit.

What Cashback ?

waiting since my 1st cash back claim in April ,2nd now overdue too.phoned,emailed,posted proof of non payment.either get an excuse or a claim that its marked as paid.BULL ST.Had 3 previous contracts,no problem but now i wonder if they are going down the pan like phones for you maybe i should go through the courts and send in the bailiffs .

Worried... Still No Free Gift!

I placed an order on 22nd June 2014 for a Sony Xperia E with a free Toshiba C50 laptop. I received the phone 2 days later with no problems, the order tracking facility was very good and I was informed of the progress of my order. This part of the service was very good.

However, after reading numerous reviews about people not receiving free gifts and cash back, I am worried about the status of my free gift. I have had no further communication in regards to the delivery of my laptop, and my account only shows the claim status of 'OK'. I contacted the customer service team to enquire about the delivery of my gift and was informed that it would be 7-10 days, with a possibility of 28 days if the laptop was not in stock. This is unacceptable, as I only have a 14 day cooking off period, and if I am not satisfied with the phone and/or laptop, I cannot cancel my order if the fee gift had been delivered after 14 days. I'm worried now, but will give the benefit of doubt to the company and continue to wait expectantly... Will update on the status soon...

No Heaphone No Cashback

i have ordered handsets over last 2 years no problem good deals ,however first time i ordered a handset with free gift 26/12/13. still no free gift so in february i was told i can have £189 cash told it would be in bank by 22 february wasnt put in then told 18 march still not in .now waiting to here latest excuse ..many people on twitter have told me they just take your money very worried now
