Easy Quick Efficient

Bit sceptical at first its alot of money to pay to a random company online without even seeing the phone....easy to order and pay....lots of emails confirming your order and tracked delivery came in 2 days phone perfect..after sales emails with lots of useful information and returns process should you need it emailed receipt for your purchase.

Brilliant im really impressed with the whole thing excellent company from start to finish would definitely recommend and will use again for futher purchases.

I bought a sim free phone so i paid for the hanset upfront...but they had some great monthly deals cheaper than in the phone shops just saying....Really cheap prices on all models

Unbelievably Unreliable

I have recently purchased of this company as I have wanted to changed to EE, with doing this I have got a few emails about my order but on Monday I recieved an email saying I'd receive it on Tuesday before 5pm and I still don't have the device. Also I have been charged £2.00 out of my account fair enough it's only £2.00 but they shouldn't have took any money out of my account until I receive the device. I have emailed the customer service twice and still yet to get a reply.

I am a very unhappy customer.

Customer Service

They provided me with a faulty phone that they are refusing to admit to. Samsung also confirmed it was faulty and didn't fix the fault. You can't get through to any one useful in customer service, they never call back when they say and when they rude very rude. One person told me to stop speaking. Hassle!

All Handled Online, Emails Answered Promptly

I recently bought two phones from Chitter Chatter, the deal was cheaper than going direct to t-mobile, from my experience with them the service has been excellent I never needed to call them but did email a few times and they were all answered within the day - compare that to anywhere else I get a cheeky message that it will be answered in three.

Does what they say and website is pretty easy to use, they needed extra ID to be sent which was all handled by email no problem at all.

Need To Improve Customer Service To Match There Deals

I have been on T-Mobile contrac, sim only for the last 12 months only to find they were offering me more expensive deals compared to there own website deals for new customers.

I came across Chitter Chatter and rang to upgrade as emailing them is a waste of time as they do not respond or take excessive time to get back.

The advisor was polite and upgrade my sim only to another sim only deal with £4 cash back each month straight into my bank account taking deal from £21 to £17.

The only thing that concerns myself is since last few days I have been requesting confirmation of this deal so I have somthing in writing to sugguest I have taken this offer up...but they do not seem to be acting upon my request.

I have rang a few times...so going to see if they honour the £4 per month otherwise have not lost on anything and will remain paying my normal £21 per month as previous year.

I certainly think they need to rapidly improve on customer services to maintain a good business as the offers are good ,just not good enough staff running it.

Also if you purchase over the phone and have after sales enq the online chat people cannot assist as you must call only, as they only help if you submitted your order via online chat. This is very frustrating .

I dare not think the instore people must be like.

I will certainly update again if they do not honour the offer.

I have recently delt with this company and upgraded as the deal is worth while compared to crappy T-Mobile who does not care if you leave.

i emailed this retailer and they took a while to get back, but i find it easier to call them as no waiting time.

Ring them be quicker.

They Tried To Rip Me Off With Phone Insurance

I got a good deal on an IPhone 4 for less than 16 pounds per month. A few days later I got a letter given me details of the insurance which I had supposedly taken out. I immediatly cancelled the insurance and contacted Chitter Chatter to enquire as what had happened. Apparently when you order a phone the insurance is taken out by default, and it's not clear that this has been done (for example the cost of the insurance is not included in your monthly package cost).

It's obviously an attempt to rip you off, just be careful when ordering from them.

Perfect!

Perfect!

I was looking for a Samsung Galaxy S4 on an EE roaming tariff and everywhere else was really expensive (up to £269!). I then discovered ChitterChatter. I found a Galaxy S4 for £29.99 on an EE £36 Roaming Plan with an extra £50 cashback through Quidco.co.uk (making the phone FREE plus £20 cashback)! It was received within 2 days and everything works flawlessly. I would also like to note that the phone is unlocked so it will accept any SIM card, which is not the case when ordering directly through EE!

Just remember to remove the insurance from the order. I have purchased insurance from Switched On Insurance for £49 for 12 months cover. Much cheaper!
