Won't Give My Deposit Back

I have frozen the account and cleared all outstanding with them .. so I kept waiting them to come get their equipments it took longer it just to waste time .. then finally they come to get their equipments. After they told me to wait 6 weeks to get my £2000back. I called them today to say the 6 weeks is over still didn't hear any thing but instead they said I have £2150 outstanding .... what this come from i dont know they just made this up for me ... I don't recommend this company at all....they also have very bad costumer serves... they ignore your request and they are only cleaver to charge you ...

Very Bad Customer Service

Hi

I accidentally cancel the direct debit.since that they stop the Paypoint service.they ask to send the coformation letter from bank.when I phone bank they said you don't need that.tell the Paypoint to reset they will accept that but when I say that to Paypoint they not doing also asking for the same stuff.but bank say they don't give any letter.

It's nearly 3 weeks.no Paypoint.

Anyone know any think about this

Please Avoid Paypoint At Any Cost

Paypoint will start taking your Direct debit even if you dont give your consent and account not been charge. They have already taken my money twice for the account i have never agreed to open.

Their customer care does not care so you will be wasting your time, I was dealing with Sales rep

She never reply your call, and not refunding the money they charged Illegally please do avoid this company at any cost, I have requested to refund my money but they do not care so i have to file an official complain via bank.

Pay Point Really Helped Me

As a customer of Pay Point for the past 2 years, I have been very impressed by the service. The staff have bent over backwards to support and grow my business from the outset. I realised that Pay Point don’t actually handle client funds, my settlements are handled by the bank and I was able to choose which bank to contract with. Pay Point process my payments securely and quickly and this they do perfectly well. I would recommend Pay Point to any business large or small, they are cost effective and reliable.

This is so obviously a fake review written by PayPoint.net. It stands out a mile. Even a satisfied customer would not gush like this about a payment processor!

The main giveaway is the explanation about "PayPoint don't actually handle client funds" .... this is a reference to B+S, the German bank PayPoint outsource their banking to, and who cannot master simple accounting in a timely manner. That comment is an attempt to pass the buck rather than take responsibility for PayPoint's decision to outsource to an incompetent company.

Ridiculous review. Nice try PayPoint.net

Terrible Services

I run an online bookstore and wish I had never heard of paypoint: missed payments, non-existent customer service, clear as mud accounting and reporting, ridiculous 'support', amateur and badly trained staff, it really is an appalling thing to become involved with. Won't renew my contract with them and would totally advise anyone to keep away from them.

I can't think of a single good word to say.

Serious Problems

From a long suffering PayPoint.net merchant.

Joined PayPoint.net in July 2011 and finally left them in July 2012. It was a year from hell. Here is a list of the problems encountered:

- witholding my money. They blame it on their provider (B+S). Required escalation to senior management on a number of occasions

- terrible accounting systems, the amount you get paid is impossible to verify, you have to take their word for it, which is probably wrong on the evidence I had

- very expensive, you even get charged for declined transactions

- very poor support - no replies to online tickets, no one there when you call. Eventually I got the name, email and phone of a director

Absolutely shocking. Do not sign up with PayPoint.net unless you want serious grief.

16 months and they are still unable to show our company balance or how much we will get paid each week...Avoid at all cost..
