Do Not Use These Clowns...!
So I thought it would be a nice idea to get my mum and dad some chicken's for a Christmas present they will need a home so I used Cagesworld (UK's favourite cage store?)after some hours searching through the pictures I eventually found the perfect cage (royal moorland chicken coop with run) it was in stock and available for next day delivery when I spoke to the lady processing my order she told me it's saying delivery date wasn't next day? She said she would get back to me when she has found out why this is?
A week passed so I rang them back to find out what was going on the lady told me she had to speak to there accountant but she would get back to me soon, she never did get back to me so a emailed cagesworld customer service and they told me it would be delivered on the 03/01/18 that was 4 days before Christmas Day so I thought now I don't have time to get another one sent so I accepted they wouldn't be getting it as a Christmas present. I explained to my mum an dad that unfortunately I made the mistake of using these amateurs but it will be here on the 3rd. So the 3rd came around I took the day off work to receive my order and as you can probably guess I got NO DELIVERY or no email explaining why no phone call nothing?
I feel like I have chased these people for far to long I really wish I chose a different company to shop at!
Please please please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are useless...!

Horribe Emotional Experience
(Please note that all communication between me and this company was completely calm. I never lost my patience, and never included abuse in my emails as this behaviour does not solve anything)
I ordered a £400+ bird cage. It arrived very quickly, but damaged. The whole cage was slightly damaged which made it difficult to build at some points. When built it definitely looked damaged and wonky in some parts, but I could live with the minor damage, although it was quite upsetting. However, two parts of the cage were extremely damaged where I couldn’t use them and needed them replaced.
I contacted WorldStores straight away, and included pictures. After six days when no one replied I sent another email, to which they replied to ask me to confirm it was two parts I needed replacing. Since then it was a nightmare; my emails were ignored, and phoning them was not an option because the call charge rate is incredibly high and at the time I had ‘Pay as you Go’ and no money; I read reviews of people not getting through to someone for nearly three hours. During this time I came across reviews for this company, and I couldn’t believe how bad the reviews were for this company.
I sent an email once a week or two to see if I could get a response. After I had no luck, I tried contacting the official Liberta, but unfortunately they couldn’t help. After two months, I went onto CageStores Twitter, to which they responded very quickly to all messages. The service was still poor, for example; they promised me various things such as “Someone will contact you next week”, “The parts will get delivered next week”, etc., and every time I would have to go back and chase this up.
One day they got back to me and said the two parts wouldn’t be in stock until two months away. I got given an option of waiting until then, or swapping the cage – I told them I would wait. It got to the day the parts were meant to be in stock, and I heard nothing. I went back to Twitter to contact them. They apologised and said it would be another two months until they were in stock, and again, gave me the option to swap the cage or wait. I requested the cage to be swapped. During this time it had got to a point where I contacted ‘Citizens Advice’, ‘Trading Standards’, ‘WatchDog’ etc., because I believed I wasn’t going to receive anything back from this company - I just didn’t believe them. They said someone would be delivering the new cage on my chosen date, which was very quick in just 5 days, and would collect the damaged one on a different day. I was very sceptical as anyone would be having experienced dealing with a company like this, and I thought “Yeah okay, I’ll believe it when I see it”. - Would you believe it someone did come out and deliver a new cage. To say me and my boyfriend were surprised would be a complete understatement.
This whole experience was very unpleasant, and the emotions this situation caused was extremely stressful and upsetting. At a lot of points I felt hopeless, but determined to get ‘justice’. It should not be that difficult to get something returned/replaced, it especially shouldn’t be that difficult to get a response from a company. There are only so many times you can email a company without getting a response. If it weren’t for the people on the WorldStores/CagesWorld Twitter page I believe this issue would still be ongoing.
When the new cage arrived, it was beautiful... not a single trace of damage, and much easier to build.
It took five months to get this issue resolved.
I am rating two stars because although this took five months of constant chasing to resolve, at least in the end I got my new cage from the help of the staff on Twitter.

Worst Customer Service I've Even Know
First order, was incorrectly delivered. I have tried for over three weeks to have the item collected and refunded.
I was advised to re-order my item, which I due did, over two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for its delivery after cancelled delivery (from supplier)
You can speak to anyone as call time are over an hour, an insult when you want an issue resolved.
3 members of staff have been in contact to attempt to resolve and at the final hurdle, there is radio silence.

The cage I ordered eventually came after I had chased it up. Notes about couriers coming who never did. It involved two phone calls and I waited at least 1.5 hours just to speak to someone.
Cage came and it was damaged. Took over a week to get someone to sort out collecting the item.
Such a shame. This company really needs sorted out with customer service and it would be 100% better. I feel sorry for the staff who are working with an untenable system.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Promised next day delivery goods never arrived . Tried phoning nobody answering waited two hours on phone . Still waiting for goods to arrive buyers beware do not deal with this company

I ordered a bird cage from them and was promised it would be delivered on time and the only thing that was delivered was a txt from Uk Mail stating that there was a delay and the parcel hadn't been picked up from cages world yet, problem being cages world fault.
Maybe why the Paypal link doesn't work on their website as you could claim back through Paypal!

Damaged Goods Customer Service Poor
Ordered hamster cage through cages world. Came in damaged box which we recorded with driver at time of delivery. Opened it to reveal cage was cracked numerous times. Went online which led us to follow link for delivery complaints and upload photos of goods - this feature surprisingly wouldn’t work. Please contact this number it states. Rang number four separate times. On hold continuously but was charged over £20 for the privalidge. Had a system email stating someone will be in touch within 72 hours. Over a week later still waiting for the call, stuck with a ridiculous phone bill and a cracked hamster cage. Disgusting customer service.

Online Ordering Does Not Work, Calls Are Not Picked Up
Tried to order a bird cage online but web page didn't work not allowing me to complete the order no matter what payment option I choose (PayPal, normal checkout). Decided to give them a call, been told that I am first in the queue then few minutes later that they are busy and another few minutes later I hang up.
Obviously I have nothing to say about delivery or goods quality.

Ordered a cage and cover on Wednesday evening for next day delivery and had email confirmation saying that it would be with me by Friday, it didn't turn up, I emailed them, the email address they provide didn't work, all parcel tracking information they had given me also didn't work, so I used the contact us page and got no response for 5 days the response I did get was merely we'll check with the suppliers ,So after the weekend it still hasn't shown so I tried calling I was left on hold for 20 minutes when someone picked the phone and put it straight back down again. So I called the delivery company DX who were amazing and did everything they could to help, they explained cagesworld hadn't booked the collection until Tuesday (6 days after it was ordered)and was being collected that day, and they would over night it for me (so much for next day)the cage turns up on Wednesday hoorah! But No cover or free parrot toys as promised. in 2 days time it will be 3 weeks since I ordered the cage and it still it isn't sorted. I have now been promised new items and a bunch of parrot toys as a sorry after I used there contact us page and told them I am contacting PayPal for a refund and what I thought about there shambolic company, but until its delivered I'm not holding my breath Avoid them like the plague
