Presented with a major proposed premium hike from a provider my family has used for 5 years, Anbaz Buddhan from Usay renewed my four family policies to upgrade the cover (including an improvement in cancer care provision)and find me a 25% reduction in the proposed health insurance renewal. Minimal admin required from me as he did all the form-filling for me to check. Fast turnaround too. Usay compare have responded well in the 5 years I have been using them but this was outstanding. I replied by email regarding Health Insurance. I had been considering a Health Insurance Policy for some time and replied with a view to checking out just how much it was going to cost.

I had a phone call back very promptly and the gentleman on the other side was polite, informed and friendly. He covered exactly what it was I required and what I could afford. I felt both the possible policies were explained to me well. Although I was happy with his offerings I decided not to buy on the spur of the moment but to sleep on it and see how I felt over the next week.

I was called back and all my further enquiries were answered so I went ahead with my chosen policy.

I have only good things to say about the customer service I received and I am really happy with the policy I have chosen.

I contacted Usay on a whim as had been thinking about taking out private health insurance for some time. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of 'hard sell' and the personal recommendation of my agent. The procedure was comparatively painless and I appreciated the free month to start with. My agent gave me a follow-up call as promised and all was in order. A nice change to find a company with courtesy and professionalism.

The Usay representative was very helpful. He listened, he advised, he offered alternatives. He couldn't have been more thorough. In the end both myself and my wife took out private health policies. My new policy cut in half the monthly payments I had with my old policy.

does'nt get better than that so I highly recommend, even if you are just in a 10% consideration, worst you will get is a respectable, professional and friendly conversation with the option of polite follow ups. Lastly I spend hours searching but always miss something I would have loved to know, but by time I make the choice I missed it, U say eliminate that by highlighting every option which is and for me was a great fit to what I was after and yes it was an option I did, and would have missed.
