No Refund

With everyone else, they took £35 a month from my account for over a year by just buying 1 pair of shoes with a debit card (I believed it was a bill), DO NOT USE, I have been unable to get refund from them, they don't follow complaints procedure, they refused to liaise with a government ombudsman service, and neglected to pay me back quoting a script I believe theyve used for everyone they have done this to. we made 1 purchase of £15 and have never even logged on to the site not once for these so-called credits. Terrible service. My only choice is reporting to trading standards and small claims court which I am in the middle of, for the sake of £455 they can have the bad publicity and court.

Couldn't Get Any Worse

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. took me 5 hours to get through to them because my parcel had been delivered to the wrong address. I would never recommend the shop to anyone. I don't even think they deserve one star if I an truly honest. They need to improve customer service as soon as possible. They also need to improve the billing form. you shouldn't have a limit to how many words you can write. It is very stupid. The website should be improve. You have to do a questionnaire to actually be able to look at the products. Probably the worst thing to have to do when you're the who wants to buy a product from them. However, the only thing I did like was some of the offers. That's the only reason why I ordered from them in the first place. But I will never do it again.

Worst Online Shop

If you would sign up as a VIP there would be a hidden t&c which you will pay £35 per months and I luckily cancelled it in my first month but I forgotten to cancel it for the 2nd month and they wouldnt want to return my money back but they said that I could used that to but something and I have no plan to used that credit coz there products are low quality and its not worth the price. that would be my first and last purchase of there product

Absolutely Disgraceful

I became a VIP member at some point last year and it said free membership all happy and wow

then last month £35 was taken from my account and i went into the bank and they looked in and it said just fab limited and they said oh this is them taking a subscription fee which most people don't know about!

And the customer service is rubbish i have sent three emails in and each of them reply with call to cancel membership - they don't actually properly read the things you send in

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT become a member of just fab they will just taking hard earned money away from you out of money all because you didn't buy some shoes that month and press skip a month - what if someone forgets well then goodbye to £35

Worst Shopping Experience Ever

Like other people on here, I was suckered into buying a pair of shoes for only £9.00. I knew I was signing up to the VIP scheme, but was reassured by the fact that I could "skip the month" and then avoid paying £35.00 if there was nothing I wanted to buy. This was before I saw all the negative reviews!

The shoes arrived and they were too small. I ordered a UK size 4 and received a US size 6, which is nearer a 3½ rather than a 4. When I've bought shoes in the US I've needed a 6½ or 7.

I called the customer "services" line to request a return label and RMA to send the shoes back. The lady I spoke to, said she would send the Hermes courier to collect the parcel, but I explicitly told her that, because I was at work during the day, I would prefer to drop the package off at a Hermes collection point. She said this wouldn't be a problem and would send me the label and instructions in an email.

No label or instructions arrived, but when I got in from work the next day I found a postcard put through my letterbox that Hermes had called to collect a package!! I was quite EXPLICIT when I told her NOT to send the courier as I would not be in! I was furious, and phone the number on the card and spoke to the courier, who was very nice and agreed to call at 10.00am on the Saturday morning, which he did.

I then decided I wanted nothing more to do with this dreadful company so I perused their T&C's and found that I could cancel the so-called VIP membership by writing to their London address.

I therefore send a sternly-worded letter advising I was exercising my right to cancel under clause blah-blah-blah of their T&C and sent it by recorded delivery.

I logged onto my account yesterday and discovered that - hooray! - my membership has been cancelled. I've also been onto PayPal and instructed them not to make any more payments.

Dreadful company, unethical sales. Avoid at all costs.

The First Two Times I Used Just Fab I Was Impresse

the first two times I used Just fab I was impressed with my delivery, however on my third delivery I tried on my order of three pairs of shoes and found it very odd that I could not get my feet in any of them !! so I returned my order and explained and asked fro a refund, it then took three phone calls and three months for me to get my refund back, the last call I made about my refund I also cancelled my account, however the following month they took the £35 out of my bank, I called again and the girl on the phone said that there was nothing on the previous call to suggest I cancelled, I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there was no point as they would only tell me the same !!. I told her that I was really unhappy and I have done some research on Just fab and it appears I am not on my own feeling that this company is just a scheme. I have also told them I will take this to trading standards - I can not imagine how much money they are making out of people, so please be aware of this company.

Just Horrible

The boots I brought from Justfab took 2 weeks to arrive and fell apart in 2 weeks as well. Then they took my money even though I skipped the month and they wont give it back. I can't even spend it on sale items. So I've cancelled. I'm writing to their complaints dept in london. I'm also writing a letter of complaint to uk trading standards and I intend to leave an honest but totally negative review for the site on every review site I can find.

Cheap Clothes, Appalling Customer Service - Avoid!!

I don't even know where to start, because for four months now I have been treated absolutely appallingly by JustFab. They actually go out of their way to make their customers lives miserable!

I signed up to JustFab's subscription service, and at first actually wanted to buy a lot of shoes from them. I wanted to buy Style Steal items, which are supposed to show up as £20 in your basket as long as you purchase a £35 item to go with them. Of all the many, many style steals on their website, only 5 pairs of ballet flats showed up in my basket as discounted. I don't wear ballet flats, but I really wanted some of the other shoes, so I contacted customer service to explain that their website wasn't working properly.

I was actually told by JustFab to pay the extra amount, even though this came to over £100! They said they would issue me a refund, but I was appalled that instead of fixing the problem a company would actually make me shell out such a huge amount of money. I sent them an email back saying that I could not pay the extra amount, and that I just wanted them to fix the problem. They sent me an email back completely ignoring what I had just said, repeating that I should pay the extra amount! This happened several times, and I finally emailed the employee back and asked to speak to his manager because every time I told him that I wasn't able to pay £100 extra, he ignored me and sent an email back saying that's what I should do. Instead of passing me to his manager, he sent me an email again ignoring me, saying that I should pay the £100 extra. I again asked to speak to somebody else, and he sent me an email back saying, again "Hi, my name is ..., if you want the items, you will have to pay the extra amount and we will issue a refund." I couldn't really take much more of this, so I just left it. Just Fabs' loss, because I would have bought a lot of clothes and shoes from them. Instead I settled on just 2 pairs of jeans.

Unfortunately, one of the pairs of jeans was too big, so I had to ask for an exchange. The person I was passed to said that I would need to contact Hermes and set up a pick up date. I asked him if he had made the appointment already. He said that he had not done so, and that I needed to make the appointment. But this was a lie, because a Hermes courier arrived a couple days later, booked by Kei, and of course, it was not the date I set up and I had no knowledge of it, so I did not have the parcel ready. I had to send the guy away, and tell him to come back again on the day that I had set up.

I ordered 2 more pairs of shoes, and then one of the 5 pairs of ballet flats that didn't show up hugely inflated in my basket, a bag, and a shirt for a friends birthday. The shoes didn't fit her, because Just Fab don't have the correct sizing. They say that a size 8 American is a 6 UK, but that's not true, it's an 5.5 UK - and I know, because I'm half American, half English. So I had to arrange for an exchange again. Despite me having made a complaint about Kei the last time, they AGAIN passed me to him.

When requesting the exchange, I explicitly asked for whoever dealt with it NOT to do the same thing to me again, and book a Hermes courier without telling me they had done so, while at the same time, telling me to book one! But again, that's exactly what they did! Despite the fact that I had specifically asked him not to, he told me to book a Hermes appointment, and told me that he had not booked one for me, when he actually had. The next day the Hermes courier arrived, to my surprise, and again I had to send him away, because I had not been told that he was coming.

I sent a complaint to Just Fab. I told them that this was inexcusable - the same thing had happened multiple times now, and I had specifically asked in my email for Just Fab not to send couriers to my house without telling me, while at the same time having me book one on another day - so there was no excuse for this to have happened again. But they obviously thought it would be hilarious to see just how much they could upset me, because all they sent me back was an email saying that if I wanted to return an item, I would need to book a Hermes delivery!

While all this had been going on, I had also been trying to contact Just Fab about the fact that items were showing up in my basket at a hugely inflated price. I tried using the chat many times, but it never worked - again a sign of their shoddy website design. I sent dozens upon dozens of emails to them, and not once did I receive an email back that attempted to answer or resolve the problem. JustFab replied to every email with a response that either had nothing to do with the problem, was full of lies, or was just simply rude. Just Fab were trying so hard to avoid the issue that it leads me to think that they must have this problem on their website on purpose - they must WANT to charge people an inflated price. People who aren't as careful as myself will purchase the products, see that they have paid a lot more than what they cost, and then they'll never be able to get their money back.

I had a conversation with a woman, and again instead of trying to resolve the problem, she said that the ballet flats showed up with the right pricing, ignoring the fact that 95% of the shoes on the site showed up with the wrong pricing in my basket. Yet again, all I receive is just another non-answer. I sent her an email back explaining that, for the umpteenth time, all the shoes except the ballet flats show up with the wrong pricing, and again she didn't respond to anything I wrote. All she did was ask me to give her "the order number for the shoes that I claimed I had been charged too much for"...even though she knew from my previous emails that I hadn't bought any shoes because they weren't showing up with the correct pricing in my basket!

Seriously losing my patience, I then got passed to another person who also ignored everything I said in my emails. His email literally said nothing but "Please contact our Just Fab consultants if you need help." The problem is that he was a Just Fab consultant, and every time I contacted a Just Fab consultant they sent me a non-email such as this one!

So, AGAIN, I email my problem, but receive an email back from ANOTHER person saying that he cannot help me if he doesn't have my full name and email address, which is one of the most ridiculous replies yet, since I sign all my emails with my full name and he was EMAILING me on my email address! At this point I was close to crying from frustration, and I sent another email asking them to PLEASE, PLEASE just READ WHAT I WROTE and TRY to RESOLVE what is really a very simple problem. But no. Just more of the same. I get passed from person to person and NONE of them do anything but lie and do everything they can to try to cause me distress (I honestly believe they find upsetting their customers fun) and avoid the problem.

After one email (only one of many) they sent me a customer satisfaction survey. I clicked on it as soon as I received it...and it brought me to a link that said I had the wrong address. And that just explains everything right there. Their service is a mess, and Just Fab do not care what their customers think...in fact they go out of their way to make their customers lives miserable.

Just Fab are the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Having bought 7 different items from them, I can also say that the products are not great quality. They're not bad quality, but they are certainly not worth what they put their customers through. I would tell anyone I know to avoid them at all costs.

A few hours later: Just received another message from Just Fab. In this one, he's telling me that I'm right, the items aren't showing up the right price in my basket and to pay over £200 more than the items cost on a £545 order, and they will issue me a refund. Then, in the same email, he says that they are showing up the correct price in my basket (not true). And THEN, he makes up some excuse about how I don't have any £35 items in my basket (also not true). More lies. Considering how I've been treated, I highly doubt that I would ever see that money again, and the whole point is that I cannot afford to pay hundreds of pounds more than an item costs, nor should I - within the four months I had been telling them about this problem, they should have fixed it...unless they wanted the problem there in the first place.

And an hour after that: in response to me telling them that I was leaving them because of how I've been treated..."I see you spoke to one of my colleagues (not true), I hope they dealt with your complaint." Another response and lie that has nothing to do with anything I've said...JustFab employees, just trying to annoy the customer. Its disgusting.

My Big Mistake Was Signing Up To Justfab. They Suc

My big mistake was signing up to JustFab. They sucker you in with all there cheap made shoes that i returned. And thats when they start taking money from your account every month. Telephoning them is a long drawn out process of keeping you on the line as long as possible. I cancelled my account in April 2015 and they kindly refunded me my money, which i thought was it. Sadly no, i had a credit card bill in Sept 2015 that i don't use anymore. To notice they were still taking £35 out of my account every month without my authority and knowledge. I telephoned again to request my money to be paid back immediately into my account as i had cancelled my account before. They put me on hold to supposedly investigate my proof of cancellation. They came back with not the full proof and said as a courtesy they would refund my money and close my account as requested before. Watch this space. I said that it shouldn't be a courtesy, it should be an apology for steeling what isn't theirs to take. These sales operators are like robotic and patronizing in tone. Would never reccomend them as a good shopping experience and would say avoid them like the plaque. They have cost me time, stress and money.

Misleading Unhelpful And A Useless Site Of Idiots

I order some shoes for my first night out in months and when I picked what I wanted went through to order and pay and the delivery information states 3.95 delivery time 3-5 days i have since been informed it 2-3 day for warehouse processing 2-8 days after for delivery this how ever was not stated at time of payment but they find it acceptable to tell me I should look in there order history and delivery information why would I need to do this is there information was correct in the first place now I'm out my money for shoes tied into a website at 35 pounds a month which u can't cancel without ringing an 0844 number and all they send u on emails is automated messages with no actual response even on there email delivery info they say will b delivered within 7 days unless under certain circumstances which mine wasn't stated as so there info is misleading and incorrect despite paying nearly 4 pounds for delivery u could be waiting into 11 days for your shoes I know have to go and try and get a new pair for an outfit if already planned and paid for but are they bothered no if there information was correct I would of picked an express delivery but I bet that's just as misleading I'm really in happy if I could rate u with 0 I would and the fact that I have to ring u when u have facilities to see my account n tell me what I paid for my delivery but not cancels account is shocking absolutely shocking !

How can I cancel subscription fees ?

I ordered I pair of shoes off this website as I received a 75% discount, I went ahead and ordered a pair of boots and without realising I had signed up for the VIP membership. So before I even received the boots I rang up to cancel my VIP membership as I did not want to pay £35 a month. I also asked to just cancel my order but was told it had been dispatched, and if I did not want the shoes any more to just refuse them. What happens if I keep the boots, can they charge me any more money even now that I've cancelled my VIP account which it says you can do at anytime? Thanks.
