Avoid!
I originally bought a tent from this 'baboon' that was a seconds. I spent six months trying to get a response from him - he eventually wanted his tent back (evidence in his hands and out of mine!). I refused and contacted the manufacturer (Gelert), his supplier. The long and short of it is, I sent my tent to the manufacturer, who confirmed it was a dud, and offered a replacement/upgrade or money back (we too the money). Gelert got their funds back from CNF Outdoor. Stay away from this bloke.

The bloke runs sherwood leisure now and that is as bad.

It looks like CNF Outdoors has now changed its name to Sherwood Leisure for the hundreds of people who are waiting for refunds like myself.

No Goods
Ordered goods, paid for them and then waited and waited and waited. Called, emailed numerous times to cancel order but no reply or acknowledgement of contact. The company then stated they had delivered the goods about 6 weeks after the order was placed and they had been signed for. Not by me, my wife or our neighbours. No goods, no refund nothing. Do NOT use this company as they are probably the WORST I've ever dealt with on the internet. If I could give a zero star rating they would get that.

Poor Quality Products That Lead To Injury, No Refund.
CNF sell some good items at some good prices, however they also sell some poor quality items. I purchased a kayak and added some paddles (a configurable option), the paddles were poor quality and broke, and I cut my self on the aluminium. They were rude in their response and refused to offer a refund or replacement. Just avoid, really bad customer service. They won't be around for too long.

Ordered on 14/2/17
Chased up several times as delivery was late - with no reply on email also tried to call (the phone just diverts to answerphone) left messages. Never got a response.
Sent a legally worded email 22/2/17 and got a response in 5 minutes just apologising with excuses about no electricity and roadworks causing problems and the order would be with me in a few days.
Chased up on 28/2/17 with email and got exactly the same email reply
Chased again on 1/3/17 asking for a refund or supply within the week just got another reply about electricity not working again.
3/3/17 - Just received this email today

We apologise for the delay in your order. We have been advised by our credit card merchants - Worldpay, that they have blocked our facility and retained all customers' payments and are not releasing any of them to us.
This has put us in a very difficult position and would suggest that you approach your bankers to reclaim your money as Worldpay have blocked us from refunding any customers as well.
We are trying to resolve the issue - as they have no valid reason to do this.

You may like to take a look at a site that you may recognize called Sherwood Leisure located at the same address in South Wales.
I too have been ripped off, delays and excuses until you smell a rat and search the review sites on the web.
Very strange that this new site only appeared a few days ago but has "positive" reviews from ages ago.

"i Want A Baggg For Good"
As my purchase was a present i had specifially asked for it for a certain date, and as it was within the week of order i half expected not to receive it for the required date, which i never. I had to chase up the order a couple of times to be told that they had to wait for it to come from Sweden, (10 days) this i feel should have been fed back to me without me having to chase as the order was not cheap!
However, the item ordered was almost perfect and the recipient was very pleased, the only little quarm is as this is a one strap over shoulder ruck sack, it would have been preferred if you as a customer could use the bag over either shoulder rather than it only being able to be used over one shoulder, however we are happy with our purchase - thank you.
I would have also preferred to have known an "expected date of arrival" - there was nothing to let me know except me chasing it!

Order no 25073 , was ordered on the 14th Feb still haven't recieved the items , have left 2 emails and a messsge on the answer phone , reading other reviews I'm slightly worried will never as my order , so not a good start to my relationship with this company !
