We are trying to compensate our European customers for any disadvantages by offering them a discounted delivery rate, subsidised by Golfbidder. In most cases this more than makes up for any exchange rate not in your favour. Unfortunately just when your wrote in to have our conversion rate policy explained the GBP experienced a significant drop due to a pro Brexit statement by the mayor of London, which brought our conversion rate outside the usual margins for a short time. To make up for that I offered you compensation so you would not be left out of pocket due to this incident. First of all sorry for his dissatisfaction. In this case Golfbidder is not to blame. We confirm that the club you received was the one you ordered, we sent you by email the product detail for you to check. In fact, when we spoke over the phone. Then, we offered you to send us the club back for a refund, we offered you two possibilities: UPS can come and collect the club (for 30 €) or by the Post (cheaper).

For the issue of no-answers from our customer service, we try to answer as quick as possible to our customers, you sent us an email on Thursday (last week) about 3pm and we replied on the same day, that is why we don't understand your position.

Antes de todo lo sentimos por su insatisfacción. En este caso Golfbidder no tiene la culpa. Ya le confirmamos que el palo recibido era el palo pedido, te enviamos por email el detalle del producto para que lo compruebe. De hecho, ayer cuando hablamos por teléfono, le propusimos de devolvernos el palo para su rembolso. Para el renvío, le propusimos 2 posibilidades: devolverlo por UPS (30€) o por Correos simplemente (más barato).

Que sepa que si Golfbidder se equivoca, seriamos lógicamente nosotros a pagar para arreglarlo, pero no es el caso. Para el tema de los respuestas, intentamos contestar lo más rápido posible a nuestros clientes, en su caso, nos envió un email el jueves (ayer) sobre las 3pm y le contestamos este mismo día.
