Ordered a football kit paid for it never recieved it emailed them numerous times no reply then tried phoning the number on their site and number is non existent my advice don't order it's a sham I don't know how they get away with this.

I ordered a personalised Liverpool kit for my son’s birthday on the 25th November even today I have not received my order I tried sending several emails which were not responded to . My son’s birthday has now passed and I have no update on my order. The uk number displayed is useless as it automatically tells you to send your query through their email and also that email is never responded to . Right now I’m asking myself if this company is a sham and if it does exist ????????????????i

This company is a complete shambles. On 21st April 2020 I ordered what I thought was an official Liverpool kit for my 7 year old grandson. Total cost £44. I got an email pretty quickly saying my order had been received. About 1 week later another email saying my order was now being processed. This seemed quite a long time since I ordered but thought that the Covid 19 outbreak could have been part of the reason so let that go. On 30th April I sent a message asking if they knew roughly when my order would be delivered. On the same day I received a bog standard reply about their delivery information. So still in the dark. On 5th May I sent an email saying that as I had not heard that my order had been sent out then I just wanted to cancel the order. Three days later I sent another mail saying I hadn't heard that my order had been cancelled. On 9th May I received a mail saying my order had been cancelled. No mention of a refund though. I messaged back same day asking when I could expect my refund. That same day I got a message saying that they had no access to their secure payment system as they are working from home but it should be within the next 10 days. That would take me to the 19th May. Guess what? 5th June, still no refund. I have sent three further emails since the 19th May asking when my refund would be received. Not a single reply to any of these. Please, please never use this company to buy anything. Your money will be gone. If I could give a minus figure for a review it would be -1million. Terrible company. No address, no contact phone number, just an email address that they don't bother replying to. SHOCKING!!!!

Kits received. Poor quality sent back 2months later. Promised replacements but did not appear neither did a refund.

They choose to ignore you when they are in the wrong.

1 star is more than this company deserve. I saw the reviews before I ordered and gave them the benefit of doubt. How wrong I was! I ordered a football kit for my son for Christmas. I ordered in October as I understood delivery took a long time. I received the order in November however it did not have the premier league badge on that I paid extra for and the socks were missing. It took a week of badgering to finally get a response from them. They would refund the badge cost and the socks would be with me the next week. 1 week on and no refund or socks. Next email said they had processed a refund for the socks and badge. No explanation, no apology and still no actual refund received. When questioned about when they had processed the refund they then they said they were refunding even less so obviously neither of the previously promised refunds had actually been processed. I am now in the process of reporting them to trading standards as companies like this should not be allowed to trade. Whatever you do, please do not order from this company

I would like to let everybody know who is willing to order from this company anythink please Don`t DO IT. I ordered football kit for my son 27/09/2019 after several emails with the company order arrived 07/11/2019 which was missing socks from the full kit. Size was wrong and quality of this kit is very bad. Anybody can order the same kit from ebay for just 10 £ it will not make any difference then from this company. Then I just want to let everybody know they only email you back if you threat them that you report it. Otherwise they ignore all other emails. There is no phone number to contact them because they don`t have customers services. It is a very arrogant person behind emails who will definitly rip anybody off just because they think they can. So again please avoid the company and never ever even think to order from them. Thank you.

In the meantime I’ve emailed to chase and had only one reply. I then started searching reviews to which I was a bit gutted. It turns out even thought they neglect to mention on the website pages, and show the actual real kits, if you don’t check the terms and conditions, you won’t know it’s not an official kit until it arrives. They offer free printing - clearly so they can’t give out refunds so you’re stuck with an unofficial kit.

Do NOT buy from these guys - I could have gone to sports direct and got an official kit for the same price (I thought the printing would have been nice)

Basically huge false advertising that they get round in a small print terms and conditions section.

Do not order from this company they take your money then don’t deliver the goods. They have no address which you can write to and fob you off via email.

I ordered kit over 16 days ago and have heard nothing. I have chased twice and my mails have gone unanswered! Do not use that! There is no phone number!

WARNING do not buy from this company, I placed an order on the 23rd November in time for delivery before Christmas as per website and it did not arrive. I tried to contact them via email several times and finally after saying I was going to report them to trading standards they confirmed they would refund me within 14 working days. This time period has been and gone with no refund been sent to me and now I don't get any communications to my emails chasing where it is and proof of payment. I would advise all current customers that have placed an order and never received anything to make a complaint to the authorities and get a reference number the more that do will enable this company to be stopped taking from consumers.
