When I have some ideas about recreation, they are always full of patience to listen and communicate with me. I placed my order with a dreamed dress that I wish to have. I must say the customer service dep. is quite helpful, also the tailors are amazing to make it happened!!

Ordered prom dress - it arrived with grease stains in several places. Have emailed company twice but received no response. I took to cleaners and they said it was a "throw away dress". The fabric and construction are poor quality and anything they would do to get out stains would just damage the fabric and decorations.

I was very concerned after ordering Bridesmaid dresses from this sight,after reading so many negative comments. Honestly, so upset and nervous. Let me tell you, the dresses arrived, and they are BAUTIFUL!!!. The material is very nice, and they are made to fit, and they fit the girls perfectly. So I want to say, don't be afraid to order from this sight. Give yourself plenty of time, measure each person properly, then sit back and wait. Again, these dresses are just beautiful and I would order from them without hesitation.

I ordered 4 dresses from them and they're gorgeous! The quality is good and sizing is as described. The only negative is the time it took to get my bridesmaids dresses. It took longer than what they told me and I had to ask about it a few times. The response I got was that one of them needed to be re done and they would send soon. I recieved them 42 days after completing the order and paying. However, once they sent the package, it only took 3 days with regular shipping. I would recommend this site but I advise to order months before you actually need them!!!

I researched a whole bunch of boards to find reviews about this company before ordering a dress, and found one where a girl had posted pictures of her wedding dress once she received it, and it looked good! So I ordered a dress and put in all my measurements, and after receiving the dress about 6 weeks later, it fits like a glove and seems to be good quality!
