For years I have had a free YAC number which is still advertised as free. (YAC.com)

Recently I have been receiving emails from ereceptionist for a fictitious bill.

When I queried it they told me they had taken over YAC.com and my number was no longer free.

I told them to cancel it as I never subscribed to a paid service and did not want a paid service.

There last email told me they were terminating my account and would record a delinquency with credit reference agencies.

This activity has now been reported to ofcom, actionfraud, and my MP.
