I somehow ended up subscribed to this company when I was looking for a loan.

They took 29.98 off of me which they point blank refuse to refund.

They don't even offer anything for that money they take.

do not deal with this company they take your money after sending your details to other places, ive contacted them and cancelled things so no payments will be taken and they then transfered my details to another company to continue taking money from me

I REPEAT DO NOT USE ANY COMPANIES LIKE THIS THEY ALSO USE YOUR CARD AT EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING

Hat a bunch of lying low life, they keep taking money out of my account, when i call they say it is not them... Tracked it down to a company called trakkitt.  I told them i did not sign anything which entitled them to take twenty pound a month out of my bank account... Been told its not refundable """"""be warned"""""""

I would like to no why a company called trakkit who ever they are have taken nearly £20 out of my bank.

Hi I recently fell for something on TRAKKIT.CO.UK and they tried to debit £15 from my account.

I had never heard of this company before but after research they are linked to Loans Direct.

Anyway here's what to say to them to get a refund :)

First thing you need to do is contact your bank and tell them to cancel all payment and outstanding payments to TRAKKIT or LOANS DIRECT

They will give you a Authorisation Code

You can ask your banks to cancel they payments through your banks online help chat.

very good company only had to pay small fee £70 got loan in an hour time i prefer to all my friend to go with this company very good service same day loan

got call from this company adviser told me you got confirmation email in couple of minutes as we r direct lender have to pay small loan fee £60 your loan will be credit today and i was very happy when i got my loan money into own account an hour time amazing service i prefer to all my friend

I paid them cause i was desperate. but i fell for them I'm now in the process of reporting them to the police because this is fraud.

I also have spoken to the fraud team at the National Westminster Bank, (they sent me a copy of a cheque) and the Nationwide Building Society where the deposits where made.

Now they want more money so i can get my loan no WAY

They will take your  money, simple as that!!!!

avoid like the plague. i didnt even use their services but they passed my details on to their associate firm trakkit uk who took 8.99 out of my bank account each month,which I didn't notice till they increased this to 15.99.I had to get in tpouch with the financial ombusman to cancel as their so called easy to cancel service was as fraudulent as the rest of the company.
