For That Company If I Repay My Loan On Time I'm Less Trusted
I was in finansial crisis and that company give me 500 loan. After repay loan on the time I taked new loan for 350. After repay that loan on the time I was declained. So I can't recommende this company for use to take loan. I had problem with the date of signature agreement becouse I try take loan on 5.09.19 and then I sign it, but they send for my account money on 8.09.19 and still they wanna take repey like on agreement on 6.09.19. So I borrow money for 6 days but I must to repay for 7 days.

Declined again, despite having had several loans with this company before which were all paid back on time and in full. Since they made whatever changes they made in the summer they are not worth using.

I haven't the best credit yet was accepted, I found everything quick and simple compared to others & received money within a couple hours.
I was late paying back once & honestly thought the interest would be high, but it wasnt, Completely reasonable.

Threatening Text Daily
PIGGY BANK do not help in financial difficulty they cause stress with daily threatening text messages although you've responded via the email service they offer they respond with we shall aim to respond within 10 day's while the treats still continue and interest is still being added unless you call the premium 0800 number costing you more..they also don't understand some people can't answer phones during work hours as we all don't work in an environment that allows this...stay well clear of robbing bank they do not help at all just make financial difficulty worse

Loan sharks, I originally took out a loan for £600 over 5 months. Whilst talking to a family member about the loan, they were horrified at the interest rate I was paying and kindly offered to clear the loan for me and I would pay them back without any interest. I called piggy bank to arrange to settle my account to be advised that they would not take the payment from my family member who was with me at the time and wanting to pay with their debt card. Anyway a long story short we had to arrange a bank transfer from my family members bank account to piggy banks account!!! Anyway they have since blocked my account and have put a notice advising I would not be accepted for a loan with them again!! I am currently in contact with sols and CAB to ensure they haven’t impacted my credit score by doing this. STAY WELL CLEAR OF PIGGYBANK - THEIR SO CALLED MANAGERS Require some in depth trading on customer service and knowing their products as they were unable to tell me where in their T&Cs does it state the loan cannot be cleared by a third party, surely it’s a good thing to clear the loan early - I guess not when they charge extortionate interest rates. Goodbye piggybank and good riddance
But it has the audacity to allow third parties to sign you up to two monthly subscription services to the point they have your bank details etc?? Come on admit you're in the wrong. I didn't even get the loan but was still having money deducted for a service I wasn't informed about nor did I use!!!

It is difficult to gain proof that you have authorisation to use another person's card to settle your loan. So in order to protect customers from fraud and data protection breaches, we do not allow customers to repay their loan with a third party card.

It’s not in their T&C’s that’s my point!!! People like me should be banned, I have no doubt that if my complaint was put in writing it would have not been dealt with, so I have the luxury of Freedom of speech. Everyone is entitled to voice their opinion/view if you don’t like it that’s your choice!!
So there not loans sharks you just got angry that YOU didn't read the T&C. Clearly that's your fault don't maKe things up do u even kno what a loan shark is people like u should be banned from leaving reviews I would reccomend piggy bank and I definitely wouldn't ring them up and complain about something before reading the T&C THAT WOULD BE DUMB

Loan gets accepted then they will whilst on the phone asking questions just stop the loan without you agreeing then rejecting your second application that they MADE you do!!

Has anyone else noticed payments being deducted from their bank accounts from social scorer or enter collective? I have been informed by my bank that it was because I had applied for a piggy bank loan, they had signed me up for subscription services. It is completely legal and stated in their terms and conditions somewhere. I guarantee you now I would never agree to have £140 deducted from my bank account for some subscription service I was never going to use.
Does piggy bank put the funds in your bank even if it is out of office hours?
Is it normal to ask for a direct debate mandate form be filled in before processing loan?
I was declined a loan but entered my bank details. Will they go to other company's and is there a broker fee?
Only if you authorised the 3rd party consent, but only piggy bank can hold onto your bank details they wouldn't be allowed to pass that information onto anyone else
