My experience with My Pension Experts has been disapointing! I found I was being passed around to all different staff members who clearly didnt know what they were talking about. I didnt receive the weekly updates I was PROMISED and felt I was the one doing all the chasing which was supposed to be their job! Certainly wouldnt recommend this company to anyone! I feel like I must have been passed to all admin staff all who seemed they didnt want to help me and came accross as very abrupt on the phone. such an upsetting expericing that has caused me no end of stress! The only time I was spoken to nicely was when I received a call asking if I would leave them a 5* review?!?
