TeamWox

TeamWox is a comprehensive team collaboration platform that offers a wide range of features to enhance team productivity and communication. I particularly like the intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate through tasks, messages, and shared documents. The ability to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress in real-time is a great asset for project management. Additionally, the chat and video conferencing functionalities streamline communication within teams, eliminating the need for multiple tools. However, I found the reporting capabilities to be somewhat limited compared to other similar platforms. Overall, TeamWox is a valuable tool for teams looking to improve collaboration and efficiency in their work processes.

I use TeamWox for 10 months. It's a groupware with crm, service desk, document and task management tools, email client and IP PBX phone system.

I'm very pleased and incredibly happy for the fact that the developer offers a free version for up to 10 users with unlimited functionality and all updates. Very simple and friendly interface.

There is a SDK but there isn't enough of integration with other systems.
