Horrendous
Only used this service as daughter never at home to have parcels delivered. Dropped parcel off on 5.3.22 with estimated delivery 09..03.22. Parcel got delivered to wrong store on 15.03.22 . Yodel advised delivered to correct store. I had to make them check again and definitely delivered to wrong store. Daughter travelled to the incorrect store and they wouldn’t let her collect it. Web chat service appalling as long wait to chat to someone and then hit rubbish answers. Do not use and I wouldn’t even give this 0 stars.

Awful - Do Not Use
I would not even give this company one star. For over a week, my trade-in had not changed from "collected from the store." Buy It direct did not even bother to follow this up. When I contacted them a week later, they said I must give the package more time in transit. Since then I have been up and down between Yodel Collect Plus and Buy it Direct, and my laptop trade-in is now deemed lost. They keep asking me for the same information, but nothing is being done about it. Send postage labels over email, you go and give your parcel with the postage label on it to the closest CollectPlus point, the driver gets your laptop. And you never see the laptop again. Neither CollectPlus or But it Direct have done much about this. They keep saying an investigation is being done, but all they do is check the depot and the warehouse. Nothing was mentioned about the driver that lost my parcel or anything. Of course, it is not at either of those places, if it was it would have been checked-in. So basically, I have now given someone a laptop for free.

After four months, numerous email and calls, still no refund for an undelivered parcel that they have admitted is lost. They have lost my business of sending 150 parcels a month.
I liked nothing, they ruined any good thoughts.

Parcel not delivered, proof of delivery paid for, Three claim forms and after three months they have rejected it. They have not heard the last yet. I would not send anything that you can't afford to lose.

I’ve had parcels delivered 20-30 miles away on 3 occasions, not delivered to Collect+ store I chose (Yodel redirected them) which I find a disgrace - of course I have not collected them.
Returns - other day 2 parcels were handed over, receipt I was given shows message of barcode being invalid, appears who served me was scanning wrong one or if he wasn’t, and was simply having an issue, he should have typed it in manually.
Reported this to seller & to Collect+, received email from Collect+ saying they were having an issue contacting place I’d used so asked me to go in, ask for CCTV to be checked of when I went in & to take a screenshot of the 2 parcels being handed over. So, expect me to do their job for them. Was disgusted by them anyway but my opinion has dropped even lower. STAY WELL CLEAR - CANNOT BE TRUSTED

They Couldn’t find my address so instead of keeping it in local depo till I phoned, they returned the parcel to the seller within 7 hours
With no way to get it back and terrible customer service

Neglect Plus. Avoid
Damaged my parcel. Send them clear photos showing damage. No compensation received. I won't matter how many times you phone or email them,they will tell you they have not received your photos. Or else your claim is still under review. They will definitely treat you like with utter disregard.

Absolutely dreadful organization - they failed to deliver a parcel to the correct address BUT continue to show incorrect tracking details showing that it was delivered to the correct address - oh no it wasn't and you know it wasn't because you've confirmed via email that it wasn't delivered. Furthermore because of this companys complete incompetence they are allowing the seller in this instance to make a claim against them for the lost parcel and also keep the money that I paid the seller !! I have contacted them SEVERAL times and advised that the management team will contact me within four hour's - over four hours later and no response from them. Contacted them directly on facebook messenger and now being completely ignored. Dreadful experience - they simply aren't interested in any level of investigation or customer service.Refuse to allow me to raise a formal complaint and will not provide details of their complaints procedure or the name of the director responsible for overseeing complaints !!

Lost Parcel And No Enhanced Protection Hmm Im Seeing A Trend
This company lost my £400 parcel and only offer £50 compensation, I should've used DPD because they force you to say how much the parcel is worth and don't ask for stupid amounts to insure it, but Ebay and paypal advised me to use Shutl, everyone here should join me to go and strike at the Head office of Collect plus.
Q&A
Why is the proof of return receipt from Collect+ useless for claims when items go missing as stated by John Lewis Customer Service unlike Postal Service that weight the parcels before return? If this is so should we put our trust that the returning parcels would arrive?
If ordered a item with collect plus on Wednesday 16th of April 2014 but it's Good Friday on the the 18th and bank holiday on Monday the 21st which day would I receive my item roughly?
Hi there. If your lucky it will be Friday 25th as they estimate 5 working days after but that doesn't include weekends or holidays and it starts the day after you order.
