I Would Give Zero Stars If I Could!

If I could give zero stars I would!

1st collection date scheduled - driver doesn't turn up. After contacting the company I'm told he attempted collection but I wasn't home. I stayed home all day - not just for the 3hr time slot given. Also I have a ring doorbell and proof he did not attempt collection.

2nd collection date - again driver does not attempt to collect after I stay on all day to wait.

3rd collection date today- yet again he's a no show.

Parcel due to be collected is a £70 return. Fortunately the seller was very understanding of my frustration and has issued me a refund without returning the item due to XDPs incompetence. Literally the worst courier comply I have ever experienced - and I used to work for Evri!

Company Don’t Use…

As delivery driver sent me a message asking asking me to sign when I haven’t received my package here's the message received “Your delivery from XDP is next, please use the following link for contactless signature ????” I was glad I didn’t sign ✍???? it otherwise either my delivery ???? would’ve been left in space or driver taken it and saidI signed for it. Turns out the delivery company and driver used by the Merchant I ordered from Amazon was rogue. Driver rang and said am leaving your delivery on the ground floor or back in my van if you do not come and get it as I won’t be delivering to your doorstep. If you’re paying for an item over £100 you should get the service. I’ve got better services for purchase far less than £10 all delivered to my doorstep so the question is why would a merchant be using a delivery company called XDP? They don’t even have a customer service line can you imagine? This is the UK in this age we are still subscribing these kinds of delivery companies called XDP really? Please if you’re out there and your delivery will be made by XDP, please please cancel and ask for a refund immediately otherwise you’ll be in the wind for eternity… unless you’ve got a blank cheque. NB: Do not ever subscribe to any merchants using XDP for deliveries of your products you will thank me later.

I will highly recommend that people do not use this company

They were supposed to deliver on a set day

But they did not collect the parcel

Then they were delivering the next day but again no show !! Their website is awful and you cannot talk to them on the phone unless you have a business account

Therefore you have to keep contacting the supplier of the goods

So after 2 days off work waiting for my goods they then decided to deliver it in the third day when no one is available to take it !! And subsequently would not leave it !

Absolute shambles of a company !!

Avoid at all costs !!

Dishonest And Unavailable For Contact

I ordered a bookcase which, unluckily, was to be shipped by XDP Express. Worst courirer imaginable. Three days ago, I got a text and an e-mail informing me my bookcase would arrive that day within a slot. Checking the tracker, I saw the driver was only ten minutes down the road. Got a text saying I would be his next delivery, then two minutes later, got an e-mail saying delivery could not be made. No reason given. Customer service unreachable via online chat or email, and they have no phone number. Next day no attempted delivery. Third day in, same scenario as above. I even signed online to generate a scan code, within a minute of being texted, to encourage the driver to turn up. A moment later, I got an e-mail with a picture of a random house, saying delivery had been attempted and I wasn't home. This is a total lie. Downloaded the app, and there saw they had all uploaded photos (three of them) each showing different houses, none on my street. They were pretending to deliver, and taking a photo of somewhere as evidence. What a joke. Have asked seller to refund item and send by different courier.

Avoid At All Costs.

The worst couriers I have ever encountered. Avoid, they are unreliable they don’t care about their customers, after my experience I cant understand why anyone would use them….probably cheap……..you pay peanuts and you get monkeys…..I think that just about sums this dreadfully unreliable service up! Certainly never heard of customer service. Time it was closed down. I shall see what Trading Standards think about them.

Avoid These Sham Artists!!!

ABSOLUTE JOKE! Same story as all the other REAL reviews on here (not the ones there own staff put on)

1st delivery missed... No notification of intended delivery, Says 'Sms and email sent' then card left... UNTRUE! I had absolutely NOTHING!!

2nd 'attempted delivery' says card left and emailed... Again UNTRUE!! I have cameras watching the whole property including the road, no body even attempted to come

Since then the website tracking won't update (still saying it's being delivered 2 days ago) the app is useless - doesn't work, I've emailed - no reply, live chat is always 'unavailable'

This company is without doubt the WORST out there (and that's saying something) clearly just another flyby night company that will just screw as much money out of everyone they can before liquidating then opening another under a different name...

PLEASE PLEASE avoid these sham artists! You WILL regret using them!!! I'm waiting for my parcel to be sent back then claiming a refund as clearly it'll never arrive

Xdp Must Close Down - They Will Cause You A Heart Attack!

XDP MUST CLOSE DOWN!!!

XDP PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESOLUTION. VERY URGENT, REPLY NOW AS THIS IS GOING LEGAL. YOU CAN MINIMISE THE DAMAGE IF YOU COLLECT THE SOFA BY 5PM TODAY!!!

On the 21 November, 2023 I purchased the Accent Scalloped Back 3 seater sofa in velvet teal from eBay seller "FactoryFurniture4Less" with business name: "ISTORE4LESS LTD" of  Wallasey, UK. At the point of purchase, I paid £964.99.

The sofa was advertised as a fast delivery and though there were cheaper sofas identical to this, I decided to opt for this due to the fact that it stated it would be delivered on Monday 27th November (l was meant to have guests coming to my flat that week which is a new build with nothing in it besides a kitchen).

On Monday 27th November, I asked my employer whether I could stay home to receive my sofa delivery. Despite missing work, XDP (the courier service booked by the seller) did not show up so I called them right away to enquire about this. They said it would be delivered up to Wednesday 29th the latest. Now bear in mind that my work arrangement is that I work from the office, not from home, so asking my employer to do this again for another 2 days "just in case XDP turn up" was really scary and risky!

Of course, XDP did not show up on neither Tuesday nor Wednesday despite me staying at home and missing work again. I worked so hard to build trust and a good reputation with my workplace! After several emails and phone calls, XDP promised they'd come on Thursday. They explained that arranging a 2-Man delivery needs arranging, even though they had time to arrange it from the day the seller booked them! It's like they offer A B and C services to the sellers but can really only offer A... Anything beyond that will either arrive late, or get lost or not arrive at all..

So there I was again, explaining to my boss that I couldn't go to work because of the sofa. Miraculously, XDP turned up on Thursday 30th November but with 2 major problems: only 1 man turned up despite the lies they told me about the 2-Man delivery and as the driver left in such a rush and I opened the box, the sofa was severely damaged and torn! I ran quickly outside to try and get him to take it back but he was already gone. Here I am now, stuck with a large sofa in a box, blocking the hallway of my new flat that I am not able to enjoy.

I messaged the seller straight away about this and sent photos showing the damages and after several questions, he said that the return was accepted and the courier will be booked for collection. After the hassle I experienced with XDP, I made it clear to the seller not to book XDP again because there was no way I was going to be able to stay in and miss work for another week and wait ages for my refund and the sofa to be taken back, knowing how unreliable they are but the seller proceeded and booked XDP despite my clear warnings!

After all I was put through, I knew I was about to endure a lot more stress and anxiety waiting for XDP to collect. Needless to say, I was promised they'd come Monday 4th December but it is now Wednesday evening and they have not yet shown up! Not only that but they sent me a collection time bracket today (Wednesday) and their usual signature link and I was here again waiting like a slave, unable to do anything, only for the driver to put "Nothing to Collect" in the tracking info!!!

This has now taken a toll on my mental health, and I have had to order a new sofa before I even got a refund, which I didn't really afford and left me with no money but I had no option since my family is coming over this weekend! Everyone's mental health depends on being able to see my family and friends from time to time but because of XDP, I have had to cancel a meeting with friends I only see once a year, missed work multiple times, risked losing my job and now also waiting endlessly for my refund money which means that I cannot afford to buy Xmas presents for my 1 year old niece and 4 year old nephew who I only see once or twice a year and also have no space to get my new sofa in when it's delivered tomorrow (Thursday), which means that my family won't even have a place to sit when they visit!! My Xmas has been ruined — precious time with family that I will never get back!

I am deeply distressed about this situation and am unable to sleep with worry!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE XDP, THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN. NOBODY SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY, THEY ARE SERIOUSLY INCOMPETENT AND WILL AFFECT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH DEALING WITH THEM!!!

All I am asking is for the seller to refund me the money now and let me enjoy Xmas with family after all I was put through, not have to wait for XDP to show up and then for them to deliver the sofa back to the seller before I can get my money back! It is unfair on me to have to wait for my money back because the courier is useless! It is also unfair on me to be stuck with a damaged sofa in my hallway after everything! These people are utterly useless and should not be in business!

YOU WILL END UP HAVING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION LIKE ME!

Marked As Delivered Even Though Nothing!

Marked as Delivered even though Nothing!

I Ordered a Wadrobe from BigFurnitureWarehouse that use XDP as a courier. Delivery was refused as was delivered to the wrong address. The XDP Courier marked the item as "Delivered" and took it away.

XDP DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS or CHAT or LETTER or TELEPHONE CALLS.

The supplier (BFW) advised they had contacted XDP themselves and the spoke to the driver who advised it had been delivered, IT HAD NOT! Their courier has potentially stolen the item as it has not been returned to BFW.

DO not use either of these companies.

Never Even Tried To Deliver

XDP never even put my stuff on a van. Over a month and it's still sat in their warehouse. Wayfair have asked for it to be returned and have re sent the order, which XDP are currently in receipt of. XDP refuse to contact me to confirm whether they'll attempt a deliver or not. They just close chat windows. I left a review elsewhere which they replied to making out it was Wayfairs fault they made no effort to deliver.

They have £700 worth of my stuff and won't deliver.

I wouldn't trust them to deliver the punchline from a Christmas cracker joke. Seriously, use anyone instead, even a crippled tortoise would be faster and give better service.

Why did we get a text at 9 am to say that our parcel would be delivered within the hour? It's now 5.30 pm and still no delivery.

Because they're not only massively incompetent, they lie through their teeth too. I doubt you'll get your parcel within 3 days and they never answer the phone so you can't chase them up.
