Received text message with ref.number and tracking number said delivery on Friday 12th July (today) from Basildon, Essex Depot.... Waiting, waiting, waiting... Phone the depot, it said will delivery today... Waiting waiting waiting... It never never never arrive today what a day for me... This UK mail let me down.... What a company..........

My partner bought the pioneer multiregion dvd player from the website www.mailuk.com

It didn't play the dvds belonging to all region.

Also it failed to play any VCDs.

After speaking to mailuk, they insisted that we are using pirated disks and hence they are not playing.

Finally we just returned the player, having to pay the postage costs to and from (total £34) for nothing !
