The site was easy to use, self-explanatory. I am not a huge computer user and this was an extremely simple process. The information provided is useful and they even provide a checklist for you to use if you are buying the property, etc. The report highlights what to look for which is very important, especially for first time home buyers.

I think this is a good web sight. if you need information on a certain house you can pretty much get it there. It tells you all the schools around and especially good they let you knw how many child predators around good thing to know if you have children. I would recommend this website to anyone who is planning on moving or buying a house. I especially liked the checklist a lot of times you forget what to look for or what to ask and the checklist helps a lot.

The Assessor's site was relatively easy to use.

School info was incorrect. Martin Luther King Jr. High located directly across the street from this property. Also, St. Mary Magdelene grammar school is locaated within a mile. St. Mary.s High school is also located approximately one mile.

Will use again when buying a downsized home. I did notice that the record for our home shows a mortgage, which was paid off 6 years ago. I have some work to do before selling this house.

Very satisfied with report on house I'm considering buying. Also, when I needed to contact customer support, received courteous, friendly treatment. Could not have been better! Recommend to all.
