I have had many Psions. For my purpose (archiving my collections) the Psion series 5 does a good job. It's a little too heavy to carry around in anything but a briefcase but it does it's job beautifully.
It is a farily simple operation to transfer information from and to a PC for using Word or Excel.
Memory cards were expensive but, with so many other machines using them, they have got really cheap in the last year - try www.expansys.com for a 64Mb card for under £30

After Using An Ericsson Mc12 For A Year, This Is L
After using an Ericsson MC12 for a year, this is like a breath of fresh air. The delay is virtually unnoticeable, making the thing very useful indeed. The keyboard is excellent and the battery seems to last for ages, which is useful because the mains adapter (sold seperate) does not recharge rechargeable batteries. Colour screen would be nice but ive heard that this would impact the battery life in a big way.
Very good review.
This review was honest, and the person writing it did not sway from what he/she actually knew about the product.
10/10 :)
