Having never heard of or dealt with this firm before I started receiving random text messages from them asking me to contact them!

Despite having an opt-out process why should a candidate have to opt-out having never wanted to opt-in in the first place?

Very unusual way of recruiting - if every firm did this candidates would

be inundated with text messages!
