Incomplete Job Descriptions Etc. No Job At End Of It All!
Registered with rethink via one of the job websites, they gave a truly dire service which included incomplete job descriptions, not enough info on the role, role miles away from my location, couldn't tailor the role to my skillset repeatedly.
In the end, just unsubscribed as they are a complete nightmare from the candidates viewpoint.
Where have all the good agencies gone?
No Professionalism, No Response For Candidates After Intervi
No professionalism with the agency and candidates are treated really worst. Had an interview last week and the agent goes missing no feedback for more than a week and agency not even bothered to ask how did the interview went. My thought is I need my interview pretty well and was looking for the offer. They literally wasted my time and money all i spent for attending the interview and the wait for feedback (positive or negative) is horrible. Please grow up and follow some kind of professionalism, organise and some ethicate. Definitely not going to attend any interviews through them and candidates please be beware of them. They will waste your time and energy.
Candidates Left In Dark, Agent Goes Missing
Manchester office got me an interview for a permanent role, gave me positive feedback then claimed I will be considered for a 2nd round the week after. I never heard back from the agency and emails went unanswered. I had to actually call them to get an update but even the update made little sense. Waited another two weeks during which I got zero feedback. In the end I emailed them to say forget it and guess what? The agent couldn't even be bothered to reply to that either. Rethink should havea rethink about how they treat their candidates. I will be advising all my associates to stay well clear of this company - their treatment of candidates is not professional at all.
