They make their money from illegal charges and termination fees!!! They even chatds extra waste feed after a missed collection!! Stay away, they are horrible!!!

Extremely poor customer service, they mislead their customers, do not reply back to customers and there is a long list

Honestly one of the worst companies I have ever used!!!

Didn’t collect our bins for months at a time with no explanation despite stating specifically that due to hazardous waste our bins had to be collected every month (even though we only produce one bin bag a month!) the men who come to collect from the salon never know the name of the company they are collecting for or what they are collecting. To make it worse, they then tried charging us over £200 for a waste certificate which is free with other companies then when we said we were leaving they charged us over £180 to leave. We received no refund for the non collection of the bins and as soon as they received their money they stopped replying to emails altogether (I sent about 5 emails asking for a refund for the months that the bins had not been collected and I have photo evidence)

Absolute joke of a company please please do not use!

Also you can’t get through to them ever by phone, but if you ring the line for new customers you’ll get through straight away.

Customer service appalling from customer service managers!

Charge you for Landfill Levy when your waste carrier who they subcontract out to does not even dispose of waste at a landfill therefore the charge should not be applied.

You email asking when your contract is up for renewal and your ignored, you change over the name of the person in control and your still kept on the account so they don’t have to send out a new contract not to mention I’ve now obtained a price directly from the waste carrier and they are cheaper and no hidden landfill levy charge !

I’m so furious I don’t know what to do, they set up a contract charged me for the month and did not make a single collection I’m a fish mongers all the waste piling up became a hazard and I could not even get through to them so I cancelled my direct debit and now I am told that I owe them money they have instructed a Solictors called lovett who’s taking me to court and apparently I owe them £800 absolutely makes my blood boil. They charged me for service they did not provide and instead of me taking them to court they are taking me how do they even get away with this???? This is totally illegal can anyone tell me how they managed to resolve their issues with these nasty people ????

I wish i had never contacted this company in 2019, they were very quick to set up a contract and payment. Due to lockdown we had to cancel as business was shut for 6 months. I have been trying to re start general waste collections since April, nobody ever answers the phone but i did the chat option on the website yesterday and to my amazement someone responded and I finally thought that the bin bags i had purchased through them would be able to be collected fortnightly again. NOPE that isn’t happening I received an unhelpful message stating they can’t find my payment on their system that i had paid for the bin bags lol ok then these bin bags just magically turned up on Aladins carpet and floated through my premises into a cupboard. So i now have to go through 1000’s of transactions to find this payment screen shot and send to the inadequacy company that is incapable of any customer service. The reviews on multiple platforms reflect this. SORT IT OUT CHEAPER WASTE !!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I would have rated them a zero but it wouldn't let me. Had absolute nightmares since day one. Charged more than what was agreed after the 1st collection. Charged for collections that were never even made. Numerous emails unanswered. In one year we only had 2 collections so had to find alternative solution whilst still being in contract costing us lots of money. Their on-line system showing we had 4 open and outstanding invoices despite email stating we owed nothing. After contract expired, tried to settle outstanding amount for bin collection but they simply did not respond to my emails (as per usual). Then received email from a law firm demanding money we simply did not owe them. Ended up reaching an agreement to pay £149 (which we simply did not owe) just to get rid of them and put this nightmare chapter behind us once-and-for-all. If anything, they should have owed us money for their complete lack of competence, communication, customer care and the fact that we had to struggle for 1 year during the pandemic with getting our refuse collected. THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD IN OUR 17 YEARS OF BEING IN BUSINESS. If you use them, all I can say is good luck!!

Terrible customer service , over charging every month , bins never collected on time in nearly a year , biggest mistake we have made in business was phoning up these pirates . Do yourself a favour and AVOID

Please please please avoid this company and go direct to the actual bin operator/supplier. They will excess weight charges and and are really hard to get hold of (unless you want to speak to sales department). Once you're in a contract, good luck getting out of it. The window for exiting is very specific. Believe me, once you sign up you'll want to leave as quickly as possible and you won't be able to.

For the sake of your sanity and your wallet avoid this company. Don't punish yourself. Oh and if you don't pay they will drag you to court in a flash even ymif you're a Disabled lady with four children and you needed an extra bin to help with household waste. They don't care if you can't afford their hidden excess charges, they just want their money.
