One Coat Paint

One coat paint is rubbish i bought it for my hall and im now on tin 3 for second coat and it still doesnt look great. Will have to do for now as i cant afford to change it. B&Q seem to have stopped doing the colour(pebble shore) in matt or silk so only one coat was available. Wouldnt recommend it at all. Way to thick too.

Rubbish And A Rip Off

This paint is rubbish, claims to be one coat but I've just done the second and looks like it may require one more, this is on a smooth plasterboard wall which has Been pre coated in white so you couldn't get a better base to work off, also it spreads terrible with a brush, just pulls the paint back off, did go on OK with roller though but overall it's rubbish and not worth the money, buy a different paint preferably from elsewhere.

Ruined My Walls!

Just bought this paint, unfortunately did not read the reviews and it has totally ruined my walls too. I agree with everyone who says they've had a nightmare with the paint. It has a glue like consistency and just sticks in clumps, my walls are now lumpy, uneven and a total mess- I'm fuming. GET IT OFF THE SHELVES!!!

Trades Description Act

This paint must be criminal as it does not do what it says on the tin. I think the company is losing money and starting to sell tat. They used to be good but the quality of what they sell and the staff they employ have all gone down hill. I predict that they will have to change quickly or go out of business.

Absolute Rubbish

I wish I had read these reviews before using this product. I agree totally with the negative comments below, I too had to sand and scrape the walls after to remove as much as possible. Some patches peel off like cling film!

It is impossible to cut in with this product and the paint is effectively unworkable once it hits the wall. I took it back, along with a pic and some of the "cling film" and got full refund but have had to buy a base coat to get an even smooth coverage before applying the new colour. As a result the job will take three/four times longer!

This product should be banned or massive warning "do not use on plaster wall" as the only positive review seems to be on wall paper. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!!

Do Not Buy This Paint.

This paint has completely destroyed my walls. It goes on like glue and had set very lumpy. Impossible to spread as the paint pulls off as you run your brush over it. Do not buy!

Colours One Coat. No Way

Absolute rubbish! Bought two tubs of this and have just spent a frustrating two hours watching paint come off the wall much to my anger and frustration. Going back to B&Q tomorrow but as I bought it over a month ago I'm not hopeful. Take it off the shelf B&Q!!!!

Unusable

Paint goes on touch with brush to overlap and paint comes off. Stay well clear unless you want to have to sand your walls back down as I did after painting!

One Coat..one Big Lie!

Purchased an all singing all dancing product claiming to cover walls, wood and metal in one coat. Purchased it on a buy one get second half price...seemed a good deal! HOWEVER...after painting the first and according to the manufacturer only coat - it dried patchy. I was painting antique white over a very light cream, it should have been a doddle! Not so...further more - the bargain it appeared to be has now doubled in price!!! Next time - it's Dulux or Crown - B&Q need to think hard about selling a product which clearly contravenes fair description!! Rip off and a rubbish product.

Seriously wish I had read this review before I purchased and spent hours putting coats and coats of this one coat over a fairly pale minky colour (I was using the custard cream one). Paid £18.98 a tub for this rubbish product.
