Looking for a UK based hosting company to support my new website, I found Blackfoot by delving into independent reviews. Customers seemed to think it was the BEST!

And so they are! Not a free hosting site, but certainly excellent value at a very few pounds a month for a small site - and on up for big business.

The main thing is their SUPPORT! In my early unsure days on getting the site online, they patiently answered questions, however naff, by 'Ticket' email - all easy to follow - and what was most impressive - all withiun the hour - and often much, much less.

Sites are up and running almost instantly - and in 18months I have never known any down time from their powerful servers.

Their support service has continued to be brilliant as my site has grown, and I have found no problem (always mine, not theirs) that they cannot answer!
