Avant Garde 2.0 Slate Bed Pool Dining Table

Very disappointed with the whole experience with LIBERTY GAMES and their product,

we were very excited to order our pool table, (Not like you buy pool tables every day), we had a call to tell us the table will be delivered. We then get a phone call your benches that you ordered with the table one of them is damaged (do you still want it!) no thank you just send the good one and you will have to arrange for the new undamaged one to be sent on, (No date set still at the minute)

Thursday morning table due to arrive, blokes turn up to set up our new table and then he says (WE HAVE YOUR TABLE AND BENCH BUT THEY HAVE NOT PUT THE LEGS FOR YOUR TABLE ON THE VAN WE WONT BE ABLE TO DO ANY THING) The delivery bloke apologised and said it had nothing to do with them the just deliver the tables and put them up, (You will get a call from the office to sort it all out)

We waited all day and no phone call, email, text from them to apologise, the table is made cheap and were the balls come out it is just taken back to MDF and no coating to protect it, you get cues with it I have seen straighter boomerangs, no spots delivered for the table and the cue racks are a joke you damage the wall tiring to put the cues away,

we have emailed for an update but still no reply.

customer service is a joke.

Purchased 5ft multi games table and can't praise Liberty Customer service highly enough, answered all my technical queries quickly, thoroughly and arranged shipping outside standard delivery area (to NIre). Arrived safely and kids looking forward to many years of fun. Great company to deal with, would definitly buy from again.

Ordered a pool table/ dining table, received it within 5 days, they contact you throughout so you are kept updated with your order, the delivery guys where lovely and polite and called me 30mins before they arrived, the table/pool table is fantastic, worth every penny, we like to take it in the garden in good weather and although it is heavy/ good quality it is movable with two people, really east to put together , only took about 10-15mins. Its also got a ping pong top, would definitely use this company again.

Also came with pool balls, cues, ping pong top, net, paddles, ping pong balls, table brush, chalk,

Company offered £30 and we agreed (by email),day after they asked for photo's,we agreed and being as we are over 70yrs old we said we would have to send them to a mobile phone because of the lack of tec:,since we haven't heard a dicky bird !!!

I’ve bought a few items from these guys and there brilliant I ordered a american pool/dinner table was ment be be delivered Christmas Eve but I received it today the delivery was exasperated to take more time with it being Christmas and new year’s but it was well worth the wait it’s a fantastic table and the guys that come out to biuld it was also very friendly, overall I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know there 5***** stars and I will be ordering a lot more products from them there a top group of guys very friendly and easy to get everything sorted for you

I ordered a new table early October paid to be installed by your fitters it arrived December after they fitted the table I thought lets have a go my game lasted about three minutes when I saw that the balls were jamming in one of the pockets I of course rang your office to report the fault expecting the table to be repaired not so during the following three weeks I rang many times sent emails Iwas promised calls from installers from managers and lastly a call from someone who will tell me what to do over the phone THE CALLS NEVER CAME
