Very Poor Service - Avoid

Ordered a charm that their web site said was in-stock. Received an email saying was out of stock but they still deducted the money from my paypal. Their web site continues to list item as in-stock. I've emailed asking for an update and received no reply. I've tried ringing but there is no reply. It's not 2 weeks since the order and I'm going to have to file a paypal dispute. AVOID this company.

Disappointed

I was very disappointed with Joshua James website. First, it is not made clear at the delivery stage of the process of ordering an item that next day delivery can only be made on Thursday, which I think is ridiculous as it is, and that they don't do weekend deliveries. So I paid extra to have it delivered the next day, it was a present so it was necessary and very much needed that day. It didn't arrive the next day so I sent a message basically asking where it was. I still haven't received a response 3 days down the line. I ordered my items on Friday, it is now Monday and I have just got an email saying my product will be here tomorrow! So even if it was acceptable that my parcel didn't come the next day because they don't deliver weekends, it hasn't even arrived on the next working day! Now the present hasn't even come in time so it's basically useless it coming now anyway.

In Stock, Your Order, Email To Say Out Of Stock....

I found a Links of London necklace that LoL had run out of, JJ showed as having it in stock, so too did several other places, I ordered from JJ as it showed next day delivery too...that evening I had an email to say it was actually out of stock. I emailed them straight back, 4 days later I still have no answer. They don't answer the phone and instant message doesn't work. I have now ordered the same item from Jewellery Hut, it's coming tomorrow, spoken to my bank and if I have no refund from JJ they are going to reverse the transaction under the Visa laws. Don't use these c.o.n merchants, they take your money, bump up their bank balance then have no customer service or morals whatsoever

Stay Well Clear Of This Company..i'm Still Waiting

Stay well clear of this company..I'm still waiting for my item..it is now in the hands of paypal..I checked with companies house and joshua james changed their buisness address on 8/11/2016.their new buisness address is 43 cherry drive.yo43 4ht. I will keep you informed.

Joshua james has gone into liquidation they have changed their name to joshua Bradley jewellery..this is not the 1st time they have done this they used to be called pure creations limited..it is about time they were reported to trading standards.

Rubbish Customer Service

This company is a joke stay well clear. Items marked as dispatched with Royal Mail 24 still waiting over a week later asked for a refund to be told I have to wait 14 days so they can contact Royal Mail....other item is not in stock but took payment and could not tell me when it would come back in stock. Had to send numerous emails and then contact pay pal to request money back. Finally received refund for second item but still in dispute about the first. Contact telephone number does not work and you will be lucky to get a response to your email. I only got answers as I contacted pay pal

Customer Service Is An Absolute Joke!

I purchased a bracelet 3 weeks prior to my partners birthday. The item was marked in stock and would be delivered within 2-4 days. 2 weeks passed and I never heard anything so contacted them via their contact form as the phone number just rings endlessly. They replied stating the item was out of stock but to 'enjoy' 15% off my next purchase. The item was still marked as in stock! I responded stating there would not be a next purchase and if they could just ensure my item arrived in time for my partners birthday, no reply. A further 5 days passed and no email or item. I emailed, again, asking if they could even inform me if I would receive it in time or not as if not could I cancel my order and purchase elsewhere. No response. Again I email the day prior to the birthday asking for next day delivery as a good will gesture, I get a response stating the item would be delivered that day. Needless to say the item did not arrive in time. I therefore filled in their returns form online and waited further instruction....a week passed so I phoned, again, so answer, so I emailed, surprise no answer. I am now left with an item that I do not want but can't get through to them whatsoever. Absolute joke customer service. Embarrassing! Will absolutely not use again, keep your 15% off!

Avoid Using Them - Rubbish Company

Ordered charms 2 weeks before my wives Birthday, should have got next day free delivery. 3 items arrived after 1 week just posted 1st class the other 3 charms still not arrived almost 3 weeks from placing the order. No explanation emails at all and when you try and call they are engaged permanently. No customer service at all and I will never order from them again.

Nomination Charms

happy with my nomination charms, very good selection and quick delivery. Packaging however could be improved greatly as charms are not protected from damage in post ie: no bubble wrap or protective cover.

What A Dreadful Outfit - Do Not Use (--- 1 Star)

Joshua James are totally unscrupulous. 29th April purchased a Coeur de Lion set -2838 (necklace, bracelet and earrings). Payment made in full through PayPal. The set had to be ordered and delivery was quoted as 14/16 days. When the jewellery set failed to arrive within the quoted timescale, on the 19th May, I contacted the company to progress delivery – no response. Finally on the 8th June, 5½ weeks after placing the order, I received an e-mail informing me that the delivery would now be extended by a further 3– 4 weeks (making delivery date 6th July at the latest). I acknowledged the e-mail and accepted the revised delivery date. On the 5th July I received a further e-mail from your company informing me that they were still having difficulty in obtaining stocks of the above items from Germany and, as delivery of stocks were not expected for a further 2 weeks, they were cancelling my order - inviting me to re-order when further stocks were available. Imagine my total disbelief and disgust when I saw the above items advertised on their web site on the 6th July, as "STOCK ITEM" (just one day later and the date of the extended delay in delivery!!). I wrote to the asking why – no response. I also wrote the Managing Director – No response, no refund and no goods. I finally received a refund on the 26th July – after raising a claim with PayPal.
