Lanes Quiet Life Tablets

My husband and I were going through major trauma through no fault of our own. Our immediate situation lasted 2 years although we still suffer the effects some 4 years later. We coped amazingly well in the circumstances but sometimes things got a bit too much. Neither of us wanted to go down the road of prescribed medication so I initially bought Kalms but they did little if anything for us. I had tried St John's Wort in the past but this had little or no effect either. In a final attempt to find something that worked I bought some Quiet Life tablets and they worked. They don't anaesthetise you but they take the "edge " off your symptoms. They seem to stop the worry which tips you over the edge. We both agreed that we couldn't have done without them. I highly recommend them.

Tried a few things but found quietlife the best so far. However they can give you bad dreams at times but most of the time I feel calm, relaxed and sleep better. I don't think you need to take the amount they say to get good results.

I have been suffering from anxiety for almost two years now, to a point i was feeling on edge all time and it was getting me down and panic attacks were getting bigger.

Since taking these and I only do if i need to, it has really helped i havent had a panic attack for over a month and i feel so much happier with them and more relaxed.

Since I have discovered Lanes Quiet life tablets I am completely a new person. It helps me to relax and calms me down whenever I feel upset or I have worries. Also, I can sleep better.

After the first 2 Lanes Quiet Life Tablets I felt the edge nerves and worry eased. I've tried Kalms and St Johns Wort and neither had the same effect. 5 Days in and i'm satisfied! My sister recommended them to me! Not too expensive!

Used these some years ago and found them mildly beneficial; now trying them again and fairly impressed after a couple of weeks, quite relaxing during day, improve quality of sleep at night.

Beware of mixing with other medications and overdosing

I have had winter viruses, one after the other and had lots of headaches, headaches and pain have caused my blood pressure to rise. As a result I've been anxious and this has caused my stress hormones to rise, e.g Cortisol, disturbed sleep, needed to go to loo more in night, and very thirsty, so I tried these Quiet Life tablets. Even after taking the first two I'm very impressed, not sure if it's a placebo effect, but I feel really relaxed and calm after just a few hours. Well worth trying if you want a herbal remedy for relaxing or sleep loss. Just make sure you don't take them with other medicines, but it's a good first line of defence if feeling stressed, the label says, "To relieve periods of worry, irritabilility, stresses and strains, promotes natural sleep" Will try for a few days, until I get back to normal with sleep pattern.
