Good Enough For Sam Torrence Good Enough For Petal
A bald friend of mine who plays of 25, bought it after seing the advertising which was done by the legendary Sam Torrance. After a few shocking round he has managed to tame the La Jolla and now its the first club out the bag. !!
He now plays of 24!!

A brilliant club. Maybe not a replace ment for the wood you hit from the tee, but definately can be used to great effect if you have difficulty hitting 3-5 irons. So easy to connect with the ball

After Being Seduced By The Advertising For The Kni
After being seduced by the advertising for the Knife 5 wood back in 2005, I decided to buy one. As a fairway wood it proved to be just the best ever. I next invested in the 3 wood and again it proved to be more than the business. I then got to thinking do La Jolla make irons? When I found out they did. I immediately invested in the full set. The upshot of my investment is that my handicap has improved to 15 and I now play a more consistent, orgainsed and enjoyable game nowadays. My home course is the Burnside Course, Carnoustie, Scotland, which is the sister course to the town's Championship, which is where the Open Golf Championship was played in 1999 and 2007. With my La Jolla woods and irons I now hit the straighter and longer, oh and I have since removed my driver from the bag.

I Baught The 3 Wood And I Honestly Haven't Loved A
I baught the 3 wood and I honestly haven't loved a club as much ever. I struggle with my fairway woods but these are the solution as I can still strike it 200+ yards

I Tried My Friends Callaway Hawkeye 5 Wood At The
I tried my friends Callaway Hawkeye 5 wood at the driving range and it hit like a dream. It had a regular graphite flex Callaway Hawkeye shaft (stock I guess). I hit straight over the 150 all the time (good for me) and it went about 180-230 on my first few shots. My friend hits it about 220+ off the ground most times. It had a very nice sound and if I did a bad swing it only sliced/hooked about 20 yards maximum in the air. It was an amazing club and I am thinking of buying one soon.

Cheap, Well Advertised And Well Marketed But Not M
Cheap, well advertised and well marketed but not much good as a golf club in my opinion!
By todays standards the Knife lacks a little. The head is very small so will not inspire confidence to mid to high handicappers (I play off of 13) but should be manageable to anyone below 14. The face is also dull as dishwater and does not offer anything to the player like other clubs I have tried...you feel every milli second of the contact and hear every milli second of the dull 'tonk' afterwards. However, the weighting was nice and up until hitting a ball I thought the club was going to be fantastic based on looks and comfort!!
I judge these standards by the clubs I already own before I tested a Knife 3 and 5 wood, a 3 wood Callaway Hawkeye and a 3 wood Nike T40, and this range of clubs unfortunately did not do anything make me even slightly consider getting my missing 5 and 7 wood I was looking to buy.

The La Jolla Club Is Fantastic. I Purchased The Kn
The La Jolla club is fantastic. I purchased the Knife 3 wood after seeing the adverts and reading numerous website reviews, and I have to say this is one of the best Fairway woods I have used. So much so in fact, I have since bought the Knife 5 wood.
The 3- Blade idea really does work, lowering the centre of gravity of the club and keeping the face square at impact. The club has a solid feel through the ball and gives off a head turning ping.
Considering the price of these clubs, value for money is outstanding, you get a quality graphite shaft, Lamkin grips and a matching headcover.
This club has helped me get that little bit of extra confidence I needed, and for mid to high handicapper's like myself, a club that gives you confidence is worth its weight in gold.
