Over 5 weeks and items have not been delivered. They emailed me after 2 weeks saying that DHL made a mistake and they would replace the order. Now 4 weeks later and still no delivery, and they are now ignoring my emails.

This company has taken my credit card money for items that have never been delivered and it is now over three weeks, and to add insult to injury they do not have a telephone number or e.mail for us to respond to as the ones they advertise are not there in UK at all as I have tried to communicate with them to no avail, this is bad company policy on Vitasunn part and a sham as far as far as I am concerned, It is fraudulent to take the money and not deliver the goods.

I waited 2 weeks for my order to arrive which it has but unknown to me my order had been shipped direct from Flagstaff AZ USA shipped by US Mail service.

If Vitasunn had have honest and upfront with my order been shipped from the USA I would have understood the delay.

It would help if there had been a tracking number but of course this would incur extra cost especially when I paid £37.91 and on the shipping label cost was $10 (£6.50)

Not a happy customer

It's been 12 days since I ordered but the products have not yet come. For 7 callings to their call centre and 4 emails have not been responded. It seemed like online fraud because I couldn't contact them at all and my credit card was charged already. Should I inform the police or Ombudsman for this case?

I got my package quickly. THe shipment had been split in 2 and even though they were stamped at the same time, I got the delivery on 2 different days (danish mail has issues).

I contacted vitasunn and got a friendly fast response and got the last part of the shipment the day after.

What I dislike is the way they package things. THe melatonin I rodered works perfectly. So I know it's legit. But it feels a little shady not to recieve the products in the original packaging.

You will wait ages to receive your order. But the worst thing is the packaging. I'm just shocked that its packed in plastic vacuum bag instead of original box. Who will ensure you that its the exact thing you have ordered? The sticker on the bag ?:D.. it makes me laugh how they tricked me.

On their original vitasunn web page you can find reviews from customers - there is mentioned that this is because original packaging doesn't fit the envelope :DDD.... what a bull sht ... There is no guaranty on that - expiration date or so - THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE - Don't risk your health by taking these pills. I don't believe its purity. I don't understand how can such an companies do their business legally.

I mean there is no excuse or any explanation which will lead to my acceptation for this package.

I was told my product was dispatched one day after ordering.

2 weeks later, and numerous phone calls and emails later I was told from a vitasunn representative that Australia post had my parcel.. They didn't...

There was no tracking on my parcel, so how could they tell me it was in Australia...

Lies..

Then they went on to blame 1st class post for losing it.

Their customer service is appalling, no returning of emails and calls..

Then to blatantly lie to me is completely unexeptable. I don't think it was ever sent, they took my money and didn't provide my goods.

Unfortunately not the only person who has been through this. They have bad reviews, with one person saying they operate out of a house... Terrible

I've requested a refund but by no means am I holding my breath!!

I ordered some supplements from vitasunn on 7th april and by 22nd still havent received them. I have rung their customer services at least 5 times-there is no customer service just an answer machine and to date have not had a reply. I have sent at least 10 emails but no reply again! I have now ordered the same goods from Biovea who for the same p&p as vitasunn will deliver via UPS with online tracking within less time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE APPALLING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT!!!

Despite taking about a month to arrive, I did eventually receive my order. Like other people I got a bit worried when their phone numbers didn't seem to work, but when I emailed them, they responded quickly and assured me that everything was fine.

I would recommend them to a friend. You have to be willing to wait a while, but they do deliver the goods eventually.

You can pay your money but you wont get your product, all the numbers are fake and there is no customer care line, and they dont answer the email. shocking but true
