ANC Courier Service

The laziness and rudeness of driver 7303 who does the delivery run from the Good Guys Bankstown Home Centre.

Refusing to complete a job - One that was paid for in full $70. To deliver, install a new washing machine remove the old unit, responding "This is too hard to move and install, this is not my problem."

My brother and I went over the next day to my folks place and completed their job in 10 minutes (What 2 professional delivery guys couldn't do apparently). If I had known how useless they were, I would have done it myself and saved $70. I contacted ANC to bring this up, they didn't care.

How is a courier company able to get away with hiring such incompetent, lazy drivers, unprofessional staff and providing horrible customer service able to continue running??

As a 9 till 5 working person my neighbour often takes in parcels for me when I am at work , however he refused to take a parcel from the ANC guy as he was impatient and rude banging his door whilst constantly ringing on the door bell. It seems the delivery driver needs to learn some manners and some customer care. Anyone taking in parcels in the Stafford area beware !!!!

I know an employee of ANC and it is obvious by talking with this employee ANC are not a reputable employer. If employers are unable to treat their staff well, why would they treat their clients well. Exceeding service requirements is critical in today's business world, not only for external clients, but internal clients as well. Excellent service needs to be demonstrated from Senior Management level and this certainly is not the case at ANC. ANC need to review the way they manage their employees.

OMG Thanks for all your reviews - as we were contemplating using these guys. Fedex claim they have a great servie through ANC..somehow I dont think so. Was going to be shipping 50 parcels a week..butnot now...sorry Fedex..lost business ...

Obviously things have not improved since ANC switched their branding to FedEx. I waited at home yesterday for 6 hours for a parcel which did not arrive. I phoned the local depot and was told that the driver could not find my house. I live in a suburb of a small city with plenty of local shops and post offices where he could have asked for directions. I expect he could not be bothered. Now I am stuck at home again today. I would think twice about using FedEx as the change of name has not improved the rubbishing service

Very, very disapointed in this service, I will never use this sevice again, the original gift co. sent a parcel to me on the 20th December special delivery,for next day delivery, it is now the 29th December p.m and I am still waiting, I spoke to customer service at the original gift servieces team and they say that they are very sorry checked on ANC who told them that it will be with me tomorrow,(a 10 days next day delivery) watch this space, will I get it for the New Year?. The Original Gift Company has just lost a customer after many years of shopping with them. Mrs M Clucas

I would have liked to have known that ANC could have let this shopping company known that they would not been able to keep their side of the contract, snow or not

A firm have tried twice to send me a recorded letter by ANC. Each time the ANC driver has returned the letter to the sender stating that they cannot find my address. We live on a main street in our town, so their drivers must by using naff satalite navigation equipment or cannot be bothered to make enquiries from local people.

I work for ANC and can honestly say dont use these guys especially with fragile things. we get a large lorrys coming into the depot to be sorted into regional areas and they use a small team of teenage lad to empty said lorries as quick as humanly possible. This mean items are thrown into marked out areas in the warehouse and then quickly thrown in to tighly packed cages for the vans to pick up. there is no care taken its all about speed.

i sent 3 parcels with ANC Coutier Service and never seen tham again it is a joke
