Terrible Cheating Company
Paid for express delivery and waited 2 weeks for the arrival. Very rude and dismissive emails accepting no responsibility. Try Taste of India Spices on Ebay, they have great products and excellent customer service.

Do not answer calls, service is really bad. Never ordering again. Instead found this company Spiceraks who are good at quality curry products. Fast with free delivery so worth trying to find out for yourself.

Avoid This Company
Avoid this company, used to be really good but now not, goods not delivered and says refund on invoice but no refund. Incorrect goods and do nothing. Communication difficult with no phone and e-mail they answer about 1 in 10. When you do get an answer they are extremely rude and imply one should not complain, now going through paypal to try and get money back.

Order took ages to be delivered even though paid for delivery. Was told 2 - 3 working days took over 10. When item finally received was the wrong item. Paid extra £5.00 for a metal handled server and was sent the cheaper plastic one. I've called and emailed but have had no response from company. The telephone line given is not a manned telephone line.

Expired Products With No Return Possibility
Extremely poor service. No response to repeated emails. Goods came 3 weeks later and mostly expired rotten stuff that they refused to take back. No response to emails. No number to call. Tried to open a case but they requested me to clain it against postage delivery company. Avoid avoid avoid.

Worst Online Experience Ever
I ordered 6 curry powders from this company and waited a month for them to arrive. Worse still, when the order did arrive, 3 items were the wrong items! I have written to them 3 times now with varying degrees of urgency but I haven't even received acknowledgement of my emails or from their online contact form. They are truly shocking and if I could be sure that there was anybody that works their competent enough to open a parcel, I'd send my order right back. I feel aggrieved that 1 star is the lowest I can post as in truth they would be in a negative amount of stars.

Horrible service and very poor customer service. Delivered damaged and torn item and refused to refund. No regard for quality or hygiene standards. Disappointing experience overall. Recommendation - do not buy from these guys.

Sells Out Of Date Products.avoid
Ordered 2 tunes of dabur toothpaste and the postage costs more than the product, no problem because that was my choice. However,once I received the toothpaste on 01/11/2017 I noticed the toothpaste had a use by expiry date of 11/08/2017. Some people may think this is trivial but a. I purchase this at full price.
b. Thus product as chemicals in the ingredients so this could be dangerous.
If this product was listed as out of date I would not have purchased it.
Now when you ring them it is an answer machine telling you to contact via email, which I did. The reply,NOTHING.
This company sells out of date products.
Next step TRADING STANDARDS.
Don't purchase from this company if you want what you pay for.

Rotten Produce And Appalling Customer Service
I ordered fresh turmeric from Slices of India. The product that arrived was rotten. After I complained and sent them a photograph of the goods they gave me a partial rreceipt fund. I explained that woukd be happy to pay for a replacement order but they should pay postage. They replied 'Sorry, no, we supplied goods to our satisfaction. The postage was not free…'. I know it was not free I paid for it and still haven't got what I ordered!
