Fantastic night out, the minor problems we encountered were quickly rectified and we were kept informed along the way.

Wow everything was perfect The staff were friendly very good and quick Had visistors from the south and they were really impressed with the seafood they had. will definatly be going back

Poor service, tasteless food, dirty cutlery,very disappointing, wont be revisiting.

First time we had been since it had reopended, won't be going back. The service was very poor, it took ages for main course to come and the desserts took over 30mins and the order was wrong. The majority of the waiting staff looked confused and couldn't cope as it got busy. It's a shame as the quality of the food was good.

Rinaldis note the name now re-opened with a new vibrant look. Felice di Giorno is back previously of Gavi. The food is superb and good value. Good choice of wines and Peroni on draught. Well worth a try!

Go to Rinaldi on a regular basis & never any problems with the food, tried many dishes on the menu & always lots of fresh fish on the specials bored.. Staff very friendly always make sure we dont need anything.. Sometimes quieter than used to be before but the service and standard has definatley improved..looking forward to our next visit.

Visited for the first time in October 09 and wont be going back again or recommending to anyone we know! The place was dead yet we got put on a table next to the desert fridge. Ordered a vegetarian lasagne, waiter came back as he forgot what was ordered. I was then presented with a beef lasagne!!! This was returned, and had to wait another 15 minutes for the correct meal at which point the person I was with had finished their meal. It wasnt worth the wait, the lasagne was mainly greasy cheese with a few vergetables and the pizza could have been from the value range at a supermarket. Dont bother wasting your time

Having visited Rinaldi's many many times over the years but not for 12 months due to our last experience my wife and I decided to give it one more try on Bank Holiday Sunday.

Mistake. This is the last time. £56.00 for two. Starters were average, stuffed peppers and king prawns, had better elsewhere and also had cheaper. My Pizza was undercooked and very doughy and covered with a sickly tomato paste, from a tin I thought but who knows. My wife ordered rib eye steak, £17.00, medium rare. It was smaller that any steak I have ever seen. 50% was gristle and fat, inedible. Vegetables came when my wife was half way through her meal, which wasn't really an issue as she was hungrey after the poor steak.

Didn't risk the desserts, had a coffee which we left, weak and tasteless.

No atmosphere, no Italians apart from one guy who kept wanting to shake my hand for some reason. Last time for us, it's back to Rustico's.

Food fabulous and the staff are friendly. Found Rinaldis in Wakefield 4 months ago as we fancied a change and now we will not eat Italian anywhere else.
