I am surprised that in order to purchase any fish at your stores, it is necessart to supply all details of your aquarium. I think it is impossible to remember how many fish are in my aquarium andits size.In former times it was annoying to have to fill in forms, which have now been replaced by a @tablet' but is it becessary to have to give so many personal details before being allowed to buy fish. I have also found difficulties trying to find staff willing to sell fish. I do not know of any other aquarium shops who need these personal details. I use to be a regular customer but not any more as I have never been given any information regarding the welfare of any fish purchased which is freely given at other shops. I have also discovered that the fish are much more expensive than elsewhere, Maybe Watchdog was correct with their recent comments regarding your company. If you do need personal details, why has this information to be given everytime, as you already have a record of previous purchases? I am sure your policy is not beneficial to your business
