Mt daughter tried to return something in the Harrow branch and one of the staff was rude and abrupt and upset my daughter so I called and tried to sort things out (i was slightly late returning something due to being given inaccurate information when buying). The staff member was then rude to me and gave me head Office number . After several tries to get through the staff at head office phoned the store and the store said I had been rude to them, (I was NOT!)The head office chose to believe the staff and My daughter could not exchange the item. No Wonder they are closing down!

I went to west one the other day with my friend and I would have to say I wasn't impressed, at all. Although he clothes looked nice, the staff were rude, and I did not enjoy my shopping experience. My friend tempted me though to try some things on so as we were in the changing rooms we could here all the staff sniggering saying "have you seen them, like they would look good in any of our dresses" and they continued to say other things I won't say on here. Because we both hadn't started changing me and my friend walked out the shop, leaving the clothes in the changing room saying "this has had to have been my worst shopping experience yet". I told as many people as possible not to go shopping there, and I recommend that you don't either, as my friend has clothes from there and she said they ruined after the first wash.

Brilliant staff, brilliant sizing (I'm a size 6 and the clothes fit perfect!) gorgeous items brilliant staff, I'm a frequent customer and would recommend to all. :)

Lovely staff, clean, tidy.

The dress I bought was faulty and when it was dry cleaned the embellishment around the neck melted.

When I returned the dress I was refused my money back saying I could not prove it was not the dry cleaners fault.

When I asked for the number of Head Office I was refused it.

I would never shop there again and have made sure I have told as many people as possible of my bad experience.

as soon as you come in the frendly staff greet you with a smile, i wasnt sure what stile jumper will fit me as just have had a baby, but was nicely advised what would fit me best and i bought the iteam as the girl was spot on i loved it as soon as i put it on

I always go to West One whan I want something different and I've never gone in there without buying anything. I'm a size 8 bottom and 12 top but I can still find dresses in there that fit perfectly and the staff are brilliant.

On Sunday 21st November I had the delightful experience of being served by one of your Sales Assistants. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she was smaill in height and build. Her enthusiams was a great positive for your shop and for my husband to comment as well this had led me to writing to yourselves.

The product I bought is also very fashionable and reasonable.

PURCHASED KNITTED DRESS FROM MERRY HILL WEST ONE STORE. GOT IT HOME THE SEAM HAD A LONG SNAG AND WHEN LOOKED CLOSER THERE WAS A SMALL HOLE.THE NECKLACE ATTACHED TO IT , TWO PENDANTS BROKE OFF. RETURNED ITEM TO THE STORE WITHIN 21 DAY POLICY WITHOUT RECEIPT-COULD NOT FIND IT-AND WAS TOLD NEEDED RECEIPT TO EXCHANGE!!??!! IT STILL HAD TAGS ON! RETURNED IT OUTSIDE OF 21 DAY POLICY AFTER FINDING RECEIPT, AND TOLD COULD NOT HAVE A REFUND BUT COULD EXCHANGE. I ONLY WANTED REFUND AS WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING AGAIN FROM THIS STORE.

WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT I COULD NOT EXCHANGE WITHOUT RECEIPT! TIME WASTERS!!!

its been along time since l'v been in west one merry hill( had a horrible time in jan). how nice it was to see staff that smile and talk to you.......and how the store has changened, the girls really helped and l left feeling really good about myself. its nice to see a wide range off staff working in a trendy store, the asisstant was even happy to talk about sizes cuts and colours that help when your not a size 10 to 12..(l'm a 14 to 16) wonderful me and my friends will be back and look forward to the new range for the colder days.

i recently went into the whiterose branch and bought 2maxi dresses. i got home and tried them both on and decided on keeping one and taking the other one back because it had a mark on it when i put it on. took it back and the girl behing the cash desk refused me a refund because she said we wouldnt of sold it like that, she should of told me the rfund policy before i bought the items. so what a waste of money that was. the shop floor was dusty and it looks very dark forom the outside, not to mention the fitting rooms and the staff stood round talking too each other.
