Being Called A Liar Would Have Been Less Insulting!
Mother of Bride outfit buying complete disappointment! How I wish I had read reviews before buying. Can only reiterate previous comments: DO NOT buy unless sure item is perfect. When I bought said dress the staff insisted it looked lovely. I could see it wasn’t perfect but thought I could have it privately altered. However a professional dressmaker advised me that although extremely well made, the dress had a fault that could not be rectified. When I returned it to the shop the member of staff who served me was rude and could not have insulted me more if she had actually called me a liar to my face!

Never Buy From Reiss ? Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!
I bought a dress and wanted to return it as it was faulty but they refused as it was bought on sale. They illegally force the customer to re-purchase from them although the customer is not happy with their products. It is unacceptable and the way they justify is even more ridiculous.

Absoultely terrible customer service. promised a refund when i bought the product and when i returned it they would only give me a £70 voucher.... as if i´m ever going to want to put my foot in that shop again after how i have been treated.

Unhelpful Staff Refused Refund
My daughter bought me a dress from Reiss which she knew I had been thinking of buying online. Unfortunately it didn't hang well and the seams looked lumpy. When I tried to return it to the shop with the receipt they flatly refused to give me either a refund or credit note, the only option was an exchange. I tried on three more dresses none of which suitable - all poor quality and fit and bad value even at sale prices. They still insisted I had to have an exchange so my husband chose a top and tshirt in order to get something for the money. Do not buy from this shop unless you are 100 percent happy with the fit and quality!

Visited the Guildford store but the staff were very ignorant and offered no service at all... They didn't greet me and they didn't ask if I needed any help. One of the assistants was day dreaming near the till and the other one was busy adjusting her dress as it seemed to be too short for her... Wanted to buy a light grey hat but the 2 on display were dirty... Like I said, they just couldn't be bothered to check if they had clean ones in the stockroom.
I also visited the Reiss store on oxford Street (near selfridges) where the staff acknowledged me but she tried to sell me a hat for full price of £60 with green marks on it...
Reiss is a second hand shop with designer prices and bored, useless staff.
I wouldn't recommend Reiss to my worst enemy! AVOID LIKE PLAGUE!!!

Misleading Website And Totally Ignorant, Apathetic Customer
Beware when buying from their website. I bought an expensive pair of shoes that looked nothing like the same colour and material in reality. Allowing for a little variation in screen brightness and resolution, I found the image very misleading by comparison to the actual product. They looked more like an old mans slippers than quality designer shoes. Twice I emailed customer support to complain, twice they failed to even acknowledge me. Extremely poor, downright ignorant customer service. Won't buy from them again.

Terrible Quality And No Effort To Rectify Their Errors
Just have a terrible experience of Reiss. I have never given a shop a bad review before but this brand deserves nothing else. Bought four items and two were in terrible condition. Took photos before returning items which I emailed to customer service and they agreed that items were not acceptable. The zip in one dress was sewn in such a way as to make it impossible not to catch dress material in it as you pull it up and down. Skirt was creased dirty and had threads pulled in it. Got a replacement skirt which arrived in the same condition! Girl in customer service was pleasant but seemed to have no power to sort issue. However her manager was not helpful and advised me twice i was wasting her time. This after they acknowledged that the packing and quality control dept had messed up! Refund is yet to arrive for items returned. Had ordered two outfits and after it all ended up with none! The items were expensive and full price when I bought them. Expected alot more from a premium brand!!

Horrific Attitude To Returns And Poor Quality Clothes
Title says it all. Clothes are just not made to last longer than six months. Attempted returns have been met with standard template responses that attribute faulty workmanship to general wear and tear. Clothes do look nice, but quality is far behind that which should be justified by such high prices. Horrible, inflexible, customer service from head office/returns department.

Ordered items for Christmas and item clearly showing in stock. Then sent an email stating items out of stock. Shockingly abysmal offer to rectify the situation.
