I ordered 3 Hoya lenses, on Friday night .I chose Cameraking from the reviews .The price was excellent also .To my astonishment they arrived within 24 hrs of placing the Order .Thank you Cameraking I will be ordering again from you .

Ordered nearly £300 worth of camera gear online on June 3. Got an email three days later saying the order had been shipped. No further word, and still waiting. I phoned to ask and was told the supplier had sent it to Camera King's premises and not to me but they didn't know where my order was. That was four days ago and still no further word... or product. No offer of compensation either. Just appalling, unacceptable service. I'll never do business with this mob again.

I have ordered quite a few things from here and have had excellent communication and prompt delivery and they have been great on the one thing I returned as it was not suitable, so yes 5 stars.I preferred their old website but am getting used to the new one .Also some of their prices are cheaper than Amazons ,with free delivery and they arrive quickly via Royal Mail.

I purchased a Yukon MPR recording unit, as i awaited a missing cable for my own sight unit i called my friend ( an electronics engineer) who brought his up to check it , i went through all of the instructions and the unit failed at the very first hurdle of me trying to get into the menu setup. My friend went through the same details and still no further progress. I contacted the company and after several emails back and forth they sent me an email stating to send it back to them but costs should not be more than the maximum that they will refund me for return and that total was £7.50 or anything extra i would not get refunded, so off to the post office and i was advised to send it special delivery and that would cover anything going wrong with delivery up to the cost of the item, total cost £8.25. 10 days later i received a refund for my money less first delivery charge to receive the faulty goods. I contacted them about the refund of postage charges and they sent another email saying that the supplier had checked the unit out and returned it as not faulty ( I am an ex civil servant and my friend is still an electronics engineer, so i think we are not stupid by any means, so as for saying it was not faulty, they must be ripping the P and that is why they will not refund another £7.50 even though it did cost me £8.25

So in total i have spent £12.25 on postage charges and nothing to show for it. I have contacted PayPal and created a dispute about postage etc and nothing to show for it.

I said that i would not buy one of these products ever again but i find that after being out and seeing the wonderful pictures of Eagles etc on my friends unit that i will purchase again BUT NEVER AGAIN FROM CAMERAKING.CO.UK

Ordered a bag for £9, charged me, and they tell me it is out of stock days later, when a friend ordered the same one 15 minutes after myself and they sent his one out. Slow unorganised sales staff and poor compensation...

Great range of products on the site, for great prices too. Found the site after purchasing on Amazon and decided to go direct, service was excellent and delivery time just as good.

I have purchased items from this website on three times separate occasions and the value for money and overall service is excellent. I had to return one item I purchased as I incorrectly bought the wrong product, but the process to return was so easy and the customer service received was very helpful and hassle free. This was the very first time I have ever ordered from this company and I have to say the level of service I received was second to none. I ordered two items and try arrived within a few days - which was a lot quicker then I expected. I woul definitely recommend this company to anyone considering buying any camera equipment...they were efficient and when I sent them an email regarding my item they responded straight away...5*'s !!

Not sure about some of the bad reviews on here. I found CameraKing's service and delivery exceptional in comparison to others I have previously dealt with. Good varierty of products and any questions I had were answered promptly and in the detail that I needed.

Delivery came quicker than expected so no complaints there! Would definately do business again and have already recommended to other family members.

I have ordered various products at various times over the last couple of years, I have had no issues with any of the items I've received and all items have arrived within the timescales provided by camera king. As a new photographer I needed some advice around a selection of lenses and filters so I emailed camera king, the advice I was given helped massively and the communication via email with the staff was easy and helpful. I would recommend the company to friends and family.
