Worse Ever!!!
I would like to express my disappointment with this company. They charge you for a 5-star service and give you a 1-star service.
My delivery should have arrived on 19 December. I received an update that it was out for delivery, then an update that the address was missing some info. I got in touch via chat, gave them all the information, doorbell, flat, floor, gate access code and was told that if there were any problems they should call me and I'd come down so as not to miss the delivery, because when you pay for a fast delivery service you don't want to miss it. Today they updated it again, with a lack of information again, and they had absolutely everything. I got in touch with the chat team who didn't know anything about my contact from the day before, they asked me to come into the chat after an hour and give them the reference number 196281831, after an hour I did this and the person had no idea what I was talking about, seriously, this doesn't sound like a serious company that takes its customers' problems seriously and seeks solutions. I then left the chat and rang, and a friendly attendant told me that she did indeed have the information from the previous day and that she didn't understand why they hadn't delivered, saying that it was their fault for not accessing the information and that another attempt would be made today.
So once again I didn't leave the house for the second day in a row waiting for the very difficult delivery, to my surprise I receive an email saying that they came in the morning but nobody was home? Sorry? I've been up since 7am waiting for this and they don't have the nerve to say that as a new excuse? But the worst thing is that the email says they will deliver it tomorrow... If with all the data and me waiting at home they didn't deliver it today, tomorrow will be a new excuse! I've asked them by chat, call and email to give me the chance to go to their depot to pick it up as I have a flight on Saturday and it's the Christmas holidays so it's difficult. I've been completely ignored. I believe that because I'm in the historic centre, which is a difficult place to park, they just ignore me and throw any excuse into their system. They had all the information they needed to make this delivery to me today.
In short:
-The company doesn't seek solutions to problems
-The delivery man can change his excuses for not having delivered to an excuse that suits him better
-They don't exchange information with each other and at every contact you have to explain everything and they still don't know what you're talking about They are incapable of solving your problem and when you find a solution they ignore you.
-Every time you contact them, they ask for 1 hour to resolve your problem and they don't solve anything.
-Just like other famous services that update you on the day and time of delivery, they don't update you with anything.
I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Shocking Non Delivery
I received an e-mail at 6:30am on a Friday saying delivery will be between 8am and 8pm that day. Took a day's leave after rearranging 6 meetings & an unhappy boss! Received an e-mail at 8:45am saying they couldn't deliver as no one home. I WAS HOME, no one knocked or pressed the buzzer.
After being on hold forever with customer services, I arranged for Monday with a guarantee the driver will call if lost. Took yet another days leave and guess what! At 10am I received an e-mail at 10am saying they couldn't deliver as no one was home. The picture they took is not even my house, it's a random driveway. The driver didn't bother phoning me either. I'm now on hold for customer services, 15 minutes and counting.

Rearranged the date again - they didn’t come at all. Still waiting. Losing time and nerves.
What a shame for the Government to make us to pay for that foreign company services when we have old trusted Royal Mail????
Unreliable And Appalling Service
I will never recommend TNT to anyone, I was meant to have my passport delivered to me on a Monday as it shows on their website, waited no message nothing at the end of the day when i went back on the site, it has changed the delivery date to Tuesday.
Tuesday came it showed out for delivery waited all day and nothing came, at about 7.35pm on Tuesday it changed the delivery date to Wednesday,
Wednesday morning we got a text, waited all day still nothing called at about 6pm and was told there is still enough time for delivery to be made as soon as it got to 7pm the delivery date changed again to Thursday I tried calling but their office was closed.
Today is Thursday I am still waiting and I don't know when or if I will ever get the passport delivered

I sent a "URGENT" lette by paying amount og 110USD and it never arrived in time. THey said 3-4 days and I'm waiting on 10th day and still no news.

They don’t deserve even 1 but there is no lower rate then that My daughters passport was supposed to arrive on 23rdNovember and it haven’t arrived even today
I got text saying it’s on for delivery 8am-8pm yesterday I had to take time off work to wait for it and still nothing
Now they saying return to depot to be delivered on 26th
My daughter was supposed to go and see her I’ll grandmother tomorrow morning, and not to go because of careless unprofessional lazy delivery company drives you absolutely crazy, lost so much money on tickets aswell
HMPO should really rip out the contract they got with TNT and just stick to RM

Very Poor Delivery Service
Didn't delivery passport just sent a picture of the wrong street and said they unable to deliver.
Tried contacting TNT waited for over 1 hr to get through and not very helpful.
raised a formal complaint. They told me manager would contact me within 2 days still waiting for call from last Friday.
I had to give them delivery instructions on how to get to my property and my contact number before it was delivered
Had many deliveries from the likes of Amazon, eBay, just eat etc never a problem.
An international delivery company that cant find my property unless I provide instructions on how to get there is so poor, they should be embarrased
