Very simple email account which means very few features. That aside, I have used cooltoad as a secondary email account for years, and it has been a reliable one. I can't remember when their server has ever been down. And if you don't like getting bombarded with ads, you don't have to put up with any. Plenty of storage too. Even deleted email seems to permanently remain in the deleted folder (unless, of course, you go into the deleted folder and delete them again). The bottom line is that free is a pretty good price for a simple but reliable email account at cooltoad.

I am a user and I would like to know when do you think the servers to be up and running again? The inconvenience caused is unbearable. They should have given a warning and a time frame before just switching off abruptly.
