Wallow In Walkers Crisps !

I buy the Walkers Multipack Cheese and Onion Crisps, 12 individual 25g bags in big bag.

The crisps are fresh in a sealed bag that’s easy to open (too easy for me, oink, oink).

The taste is scrumptious and in 2 days the big bag is empty.

Their is only one thing I don’t like, the crisps are gone too soon, but that’s down to me.

I have tasted many brands of Cheese and Onion Crips but Walkers are the best.

I also like Walkers Sensations Sweet Chilli Peanuts but the Walkers Cheese and Onion Crisps win by a short head.

Thank you Walkers for making a 73 year old man happy, taste bud wise.

Me at 15.02 on Monday the 27/9/21.

Cheese & Onion Err???

In my hayday with these crisps back in 1970's to 1990's you could could certainly taste that they were cheese & onion or tasted something like. I had a packet today and my brain and taste buds were left trying to puzzle out what I was eating... My taste buds could tell that there was some kind of flavour there, but what the taste was my taste buds could not decipher. What have you do to these crisps -> "WALKER'S!"

The best way I way I can describe them is like eating sweaty socks! YUK!!

Perfect In A Ham Sandwich!

Brown bread, a slice of ham and walkers cheese and onion crisps - my perfect sandwich.

No other make of cheese and onion crisps have the same effect on me.

I love them.

Just wish there was more in the packet!

Disgraceful, What Have You Done Walkers?

While growing up during the 90's and 00's I used to enjoy Walkers crisps with a passion as a kid while having them with my school lunches, ah the good old days, as I got older however I noticed that they weren't as enjoyable at all and this is due to the consistent changes that Walkers make to their products, back around 10 years ago they used to be the best crisps around but now everytime I go into a supermarket I look at them on the shelves in shame and disgrace knowing that they'll never go back to the glory days of being so tasteful.

Another bad thing about Walkers Cheese & Onion crisps is not only do they now taste like socks & pants they are also really expensive and not worth the money, this is why I have now officially gone off Walkers and defected to Mccoys who still actually do make crisps that taste good as well as now developing a craving for Smith's Savoury Selection (Bacon & Scampi) and yes I know Smiths are owned by Walkers but at least Smiths and Mccoys know how to make good crisps. :)

These Crips Taste Like Old Boots

Potato chips (known as chips in American, Australian, New Zealand, Canadian, Singapore, South African, Hawaiian English, Indian English and Jamaican English; crisps in British and Irish English) are thin slices of potato that are deep fried. Potato chips are commonly served as an appetizer, side dish, or snack. The basic chips are cooked and salted; additional varieties are manufactured using various flavorings (most commonly sour cream and onion, cheese, salt and vinegar, or BBQ) and ingredients including seasonings, herbs, spices, cheeses, and artificial additives. Crisps, however, refer to many different types of snack products in the UK and Ireland, some made from potato, but may also be made from maize and tapioca. An example of these kinds of crisps is Monster Munch.[1] Crisps is also used in North America to refer to potato snacks made from reconstituted dried potato flakes and other fillers,[citation needed] such as "baked Lay's" and Pringles, although Pringles are technically "quick-fried" in oil.

Whoever Is Responsible For The Current Recipe Of W

Whoever is responsible for the current recipe of Walker's Cheese & Onion Flavoured Crisps deserves a pay rise and a large medal. This potato based snack now cooked in sunflower oil is simply the ultimate of crisp land. I appreciate this is a very contentious subject as a couple of my mates rate Salt & Vinegar Chipsticks and Bacon Flavoured Frazzles very highly. The competition between potato and maize based snacks is really interesting at the moment. It's as fierce as the bitter rivalry in the USA between East and West gangsta rappers of the late nineties in my opinion. Cheese and Onion Walkers have become a staple item of my diet and although I fully understand the necessity to incorporate the consumption of such snack items as part of a balanced diet, I feel I have become dependant on them. I think these habits of comfort eating stem from the period in my life when I was feeling at an all time low. My girlfriend left me and I lost my job, subsequently I began seeking reassurance from crisps, snacks and the intake of alcohol. It would be a fair assumption to mention that Cheese & Onion Walkers have been my friends through this dark period but now I firmly believe things are on the up for me. I would like to thank Walkers for supplying these fantastic snacks for me to purchase in most good newsagents, general dealers and supermarkets, even if it's obvious my weight has ballooned, blood pressure has rocketed and my cholesterol is practically off the scale. Cheers.
