Get Them From Somewhere Else

I ordered a deluxe rose bouquet, and the recipient got a bunch of green leaves 2 roses and a couple carnations that were wilted. Terrible service and ugly flowers. Don't buy from here!

Extremely Disappointing: Shame On You!

To this company's staffmembers: Shame on you!

I contacted this company because I wanted to order a nice bouquet of sympathyflowers and have them delivered at a funeral service.

As I live in Belgium, I tried the online chatline to get in touch with this company first, just to make sure the date and place of delivery (Fort Lauderdale) was within their reach.

I gave my telephonenumber and email address. They mailed me: "One of our experienced sales associates will contact you and help you with your floral needs."

Even after 2 days, nobody had contacted me. I think it's a disgrace and I feel very embarrassed because I didn't have the opportunity to contact another company in time for the funeral service. (we are 6 hours ahead of the USA).

Poor Customer Service And Flowers

My first (and last) experience with From You Flowers:

I ordered a bouquet of 2 dozen long stemmed red roses for home delivery the day prior to my 20th anniversary. They never arrived (I had paid an additional fee for one day delivery) so the next day I contacted FYF customer service.

The initial customer service person I spoke to insisted that the flowers had been delivered on time. Unfortunately, they had been delivered to the wrong address (my husband found them stuffed under a neighbor's porch days later). My complaint is that the customer service rep and their supervisor did everything but outright call me a liar, insisting that they had "photographic evidence" to prove it. They repeated (many times) that I had received the flowers and offered no solution to the problem, heavily implying that I was a sham artist trying to get an undeserved refund.

I know that the delivery mix-up was not their responsibility (UPS screwed that up), but their negative attitude and refusal to help me was downright insulting.

What WAS their responsibility was that the "long stemmed" roses were stubby (not at all like the photo on the website) and a deep purple/wine color (instead of the pretty bright red I thought I was ordering) and already blooming, indicating that they could have been a LOT fresher.

From You Flowers has a bunch of customer complaints posted for the much the same reasons that I have detailed, which is not a big surprise, so my advice is DON'T order anything from the From You Flowers website unless you want to be disappointed with the quality of the flowers and insulted by their customer service representatives.

Not As Pictured

I sent flowers for a funeral. The flowers that arrives were not at all as pictured on line. I was so embarrassed, there were only about half the flowers in the arrangement. I would never use this company again.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a wrist corsage for my son's date for the formal dance. I received a bouquet of flowers in a glass vase. These are VERY different things. Customer service reached out to tell me the florist didn't have the flowers to make the wrist corsage I ordered. I accepted their offer of a florist's substitution and I very clearly stated that it needed to be a wrist corsage. IF that was not possible, then customer service should have informed me of this before continuing to send me something that is nowhere near what I ordered. I very clearly (in writing) only agreed to a substitution wrist corsage, which I did not receive.

Their customer service response told me that they let the florist deliver whatever they wanted and I "accepted" this. Their response shows a complete lack of understanding of the facts and sequence of events around this order. Their customer service is even worse than paying for a bouquet I never wanted.

I also paid $4.99 to have the wristlet delivered by noon. The delivery was hours late and customer service didn't even respond to that part of my complaint.

Never Received

Ordered flowers for my daughter after her surgery on Friday around 12:00 pm paid for same day delivery! Saturday came still no flowers, called customer service assured me they would be delivered.9:00 pm last night still no flowers. Contacted them an canceled order.Save yourself the time an money an runaround, just a horrible customer service and company! I will never use this company again!

When You Don't Want Them Delivered Today!!!

Odered, paid for expedited same day, (the clue I needed them TODAY) and at the end of the day, I get a message, "oops, can't deliver until AFTER the weekend. Kind of needed them on Friday, not Monday. Thanks for royally screwing me FYF. Maybe I will use some florist who is consumer friendly next time.

Embarrassing Fiasco

On 10/6/22 I ordered "How Sweet It Is" bouquet from fromyouflowers.com in the "Premium" size which is the largest size offered. The regular price is $59.99 plus shipping and taxes. The picture of this bouquet on the website shows 7 large roses and 17 small roses in the bouquet. The bouquet received had about 3 big roses and 3 small roses and was filled with filler leaves, Lillies and carnations. Colors, flower types, and quantity were not even the same or close. I understand substitutions are allowed but this was just unreasonably different and smaller/lower in quality. Upon seeing the flowers, I called customer service to complain and ask for a refund. They granted my request. However, they did not mention needing to return the flowers. Now the person I sent the flowers to just called me and told me the florist came to their house and took back the flowers. They did not tell me this would happen when I talked to customer service. This is the worst and most unprofessional service I have experienced. This is not a company I would trust with sending anyone you know a gift. Customer service has contacted me in response to my review asking for my order number, but I doubt there is anything they can do to right this situation.

Just Because Flowers For My Niece

I have had ome VERY BAD experiences ordering flowers from Houston to send to other states! NOT WITH THESE GUYS!!!! I ordered yeterday, they were dlivered today and they were EXACTLY WHAT THEY ADVERTISED!!! My niece was thrilled and I want to recommend this online florist to ALL! I will be ordering many more beautiful arrangements in the future. Thank you From Youy Flowers, for being real, authentic and doing an amazing job!!!!

Never Delivered Flowers

Ordered flowers for a funeral. On the day before the funeral, they called and said they could not deliver and could not send anything before the funeral. They had contacted one shop that could not deliver, but offered to send a larger size from another shop for the same price after the funeral. It still remains a mystery why they didn't do this in the first place. As a result I have no flowers for the funeral because it is too late to order more.
