Online Gift Card - Simply Doesn't Work - Go To Morrisons
Tried for 15 minutes to order a gift card to be sent by SMS, tried 3 diff cards, didn't even get to the processing page - just a red banner saying "our high tec - blah blah blah", basically they have got a glitch they wont admit to.
SO DONT BOTHER KEYING IN ALL THE INFO - GIFT MESSGE - CARD DETAILS ETC
JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY GIVES A DAMN ABOUT SERVICE
TRYING TO SPEAK TO ANY HUMAN VA TESCO IS ZERO - GO ON GIVE IT A TRY, try calling their help desk, try calling a store - hahahah
TESCO, on everyone doorstep - but online - no thanks.

Insect Eggs On My Spinach
I bought a bag of spinach, and after washing it with water, vinegar, and baking soda, I stored it away. When I opened I saw INCECT EGGS in one of the leaves, I don’t know if there were Incect eggs in another leaf, which maybe I already ate. I talked to the customer service online they informed me I could escalate the issue on the store I bought it, and I only need the package, not the leaf. I go there and they tell me I need both. Be really careful with vegetables, even when you wash them.

I love my tesco bcos of huge asortiment to choose. Love fruits and vegetables section as well. I even found my dried apples!!! As well love to huy boba at tesco from teas and coffee section. Plenty of choices in clothes section as well, good quality and price clothes. I vent to the shop last week and there is so many choices for Christmas presents and already had some discounts on it. I didn't like that meat section second time wasn't filled up. It looked that was shortage of fresh meat. I would have liked to know that NHS staff and teachers can get a discount.

I just heard that Tesco are planning on getting rid of the pharmacies within their stores. Whether this is true or not I don’t know but to rid this store in particular of the chemist would be an absolute waste. They have gone above and beyond every single time I have been there. They have resolved medication issues that were not their own and have even managed to source much needed medication when other local pharmacies have struggled. Thank you for all of your help and assistance it is always appreciated.

Very Bad Service
Honestly, very bad service, especially online grocery. A few days ago, I had a party and I ordered 2 days before the party. I resived all the information, i booked, paid, and received an email confirming the order. They also sent a message confirming the time and date. I waited, but two days later, my order had not been delivered.
The delivery time changed multiple times. They sent me a message saying the order would be delivered between 9 and 10 pm, then another message stating between 9:40pm and 10:36pm AM, and finally another message stating between 10:30pm and 11 pm. After that, nothing happened. There was no one to call to ask about my order, as customer service was unavailable after 10 PM.
I had to wait until the next day with no call, email, or message from Tesco to apologize. I was really upset and didn’t know what to do. I was embarrassed in front of my friends and family because I trusted Tesco's online shopping service. Anyway, I called customer service. The staff had no idea about my order. The representative put me on hold, then came back and said the delivery truck had broken down the previous night, so the driver couldn't deliver my order. I was shocked and asked why there had been no message or update on my phone or email. I had waited all night for the delivery with my friends.
He said I had to wait for Tesco to call me soon to rebook another time. After 5 hours with no call from Tesco, I decided to call customer service again. After giving my name, address, and order number, they put me on hold. A different staff member then told me Tesco was short on drivers and couldn’t deliver my order. I was shocked again and asked why Tesco accepted my order and took my money if they didn't have enough drivers to deliver customers' orders. The staff had no answer and said I had to wait for a call to rebook or they would automatically cancel my order.
Really bad service. I don’t trust them anymore and will never order online from them again. I don't recommend them.
What Choice
I visited the Tesco store in Borehamwood yesterday, living in a small village in Bedfordshire I normally shop in smaller supermarkets.Your store in Borehamwood blew me away with amount of choice and the quality of the products on offer.
Pity it's so far from where I live. Well done
