Delivery Outside Of My Booked Time
Drivers turning up early - outside of my prebooked delivery time
Ocado, Avonmouth in Bristol - Drivers turning up outside of my prebooked delivery time and refusing to redeliver. I book a time slot for my convenience, not the Ocado drivers. Finally when i get through to the helpdesk, the very rude Manager informs me the order has now been cancelled by the Ocado driver and i will have to go online again and do a whole new booking. Absolutely discusting! So i popped to my local Waitrose. I'll never use Ocado ever again. What a waste of my time.

Ocado spoiled our second Christmas by failing to deliver pre-ordered (months in advance) main course product.
Never again to Ocado Christmas.
Ocado regular orders miss products or offer unsuitable substitutions almost every time (we do two deliveries per week).
Ocado supply chain function/ software is no longer fit for purpose.

When they delivery they will damage your property and the insurance will not pay you, the damage my car when the came to delivery on my private property and now they said is my fault and my insurance is about about 30%

I bought a Brita filter that broke right after their 90days money back policy, what a coincidence. They didn't refund ir replace my product so now just lost my money. Not good customer service unfortunately , will not buy products from them anymore.

Outstanding Service
I have used Ocado for about a year and cannot fault their service. On Friday the local traffic in Hertford was very bad with temporary traffic lights adding to the problem. My delivery driver telephoned to apologise for running late. He eventually arrived after parking up some distance away and wheeled all my shopping on a trolley. Arrived with a smile on his face, very friendly and polite. First class service.

Cancelled order for absolutely no reason other than do not want to bother delivering a small order to a little town, wish I'd read other reviews before bothering (trust pilot reviews even worse than here!!)
3 Hours Delay
Its Friday night and ocado delivers 3 hours late that means they will come at midnight. Really disapointed with the service.Just let me cancel or deliver other day. At midnight!!!! ?? This is atrocious.

I Was A Customer For A While. Today The Delivery D
I was a customer for a while. Today the delivery didn’t arrive. I came out of hospital and needed groceries. Spoke to someone from customer service who hung up the phone! My delivery was not coming. Finally an ignorant man called arrived 1/2 late and when I asked why he didn’t contact me he shouted at me and said ‘don’t speak to me’ he then threw my bags of shopping into his van and drove off! Avoid

I have looked into this issue for you today in more depth and I can't see the voucher attached to your order this could be down to the basket not being at the £60 minimum to make the savings of 25% on your order. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Since this is your first order, we have pre authorised the transaction. This means that we have asked your bank to hold an additional amount, £61.93 is the sum we have asked your bank to hold but your original order cost is £59.68.
