I bought an american fridge freezer from an outlet, so it had two small marks. When the delivery drivers arrived( in the slot they had provided) they unwrapped the fridge and called me concerned about the damage. I explained it was fine, but there were few new marks. They contacted their customer service and asked me to speak with them, they took lots of photos of all the marks. I decided to keep the fridge and getting it in wasn’t easy , the delivery men were very careful, especially in the narrow hallway and even removed the living room door. They cleared every bit of the packaging from the driveway as well. Everything was done with full professionalism, understanding and kindness. These two guys were great, thank you.
Where Is My Washing Machine???
My washing machine never arrived. Now I need to call the insurance company because there is no contact information for them. Got up at 645 am on a Sunday as it said delivery from 7 am. Delivery times changed 7 yes 7 times during the day and it never arrived. I am absolutely livid

This company should be sued and shut down! Taking advantage of elderly sending them damaged boxes and broken TVs and leaving more than half their stuff all for $2700. You will be sued!!!

Waited in all day and no delivery and no communication, tracking advised there are technical problems but gave a delivery time of 10 pm. No delivery no notification after waiting all day in.

Delivery of cooker notifiction received day before. We were given tracking information. We watched truck via tracking, eventually truck arrived back in Crewe - no delivery. Impossible to contact company to find out what had happened. We were telephoned 2 days later to arrange new delivery but young girl making new date did not know why delivery failed. We did find out from John Lewis that cooker had not even been loaded on truck!
Delivery finally was made and gas cooker was fitted and old range cooker removed at 7.10am! Fitters crossthreaded bolt on cooker towel rail which meant after my complaint that cooker had to have a strip down andrebuild with new front and towel rail. They did not supply and fit plinth cover as I suspect it would have taken too much time! They left at 7.50 am.
We have not received any explanation or apology from "Expert" Logistics!

Please could you confirm who had asked for you to submit the below to us, I have located a stoves order that was raised and installed on 10th November with a follow up premium installation check on 24th November.

Terrible Communication And Customer Service
The worst customer service experience I can remember.
They have scheduled and cancelled twice without any explanation, and it is very difficult to speak to anyone who can get anything done. Drivers seem to have no accountability for failing to meet commitments, and no interest in actually meeting the customer's needs.
I would avoid dealing with these people, or using any company that does so if you can help it.

We’ve ordered American fridge freezer ,
2 drivers arrived within time frame provided , they was very polite and helpful , they went above and beyond to deliver our fridge in to quite a tricky space, they was very careful not to damage the fridge or home , they even removed fridge doors without any problem . After reading a lots of negative comments we was very positively shocked how good our drivers was , definitely will use them again :)

Delivering A Refrigerator
YAQQ1 the one who deliver the appliance to us today. They were very polite, nice and very helpful. I will give them 5 star for how friendly they were, and very careful in getting the appliance in the house. They also were able to open the appliance and get take the box away which is something we appreciate a lot. Thank you so much.

Still No Washing Machine
Suppose to arrive Saturday.. nope... Re arrange for today Tuesday... I've waited in both days... Still no washing machine... Try being a family of 5 with no machine as we took it to the tip Saturday morning.... Terrible.... would think again in future for sure...

Failed To Deliver As "no Parking Mate"
They tried twice to deliver a washing machine (with delivery and installation paid for). Although when ordering (through ao.com) it clearly stated that any extra charges incurred to access my post code and to deliver at my door will be reflected in the basket at check-out, on their first attempt the driver called me to go outside, to find a parking meter and to pay the parking for him. They claimed the company do not reimburse them and also the logistics "experts" company does not provide them with any trolley or anything else to be able to easily carry the washing machine from the van to the house. I refused, as I had already paid for the full package of delivery and they did a second attempt on a Sunday, claiming that on Sunday there are no parking fees. On the second attempt they did not even call me when the van "supposedly" arrived at my property. I was only contacted afterwards by someone at their offices claiming the driver was at my house, did a few rounds but left as he couldn't find a parking space available (saying "sorry, no parking mate").
Although I wish I did, I do not live in Mayfair or some restricted access area; it is a very average borough in zone 2 and with loads of parking available around my house (at times it does require the "unbelievable patience" to drive around for 5-10 minutes to get an empty space).

Do the team disconnect your old gas cooker before they install the new one?
Unfortunately I can't help. As my Cooker was to be fitted the following day by arrangement through a local CORGI Registered Gas Fitter, the unit was to be delivered and left 'un-packaged' by the Carriers.

Hi there, I am not sure as I didn't need them to do it but if they said there going to do, they will need to take them off to get it through the door way. Sorry I couldn't be any more help.
What are Tesco's major logistical problems?
they are usually unreliable due to their drivers rushing from one job to another so they can get finished quicker and get home sooner but the problem with that is that by the time they get to the last delivery or close to the last their arriving early for your delivery
