Ping Rapture Driver

Owned one for a few months and has put 20 yards on my drives although this could be the new stiff shaft.

I love the head on it also.

Just got one for $40 and cnt believe how looong this thing goes, cut back proto 65 stiff shaft 1 and a half inches so pretty short but control plus on that ball now.

I have been through a superfast burner, R7, R9, Razr Hawk Tour, Diablo Octane Tour and this old girl in great condition by the way just blows them all away.

Overall a mighty fine weapon which is now in my bag and I dont see it coming out too soon, great shaft, headcover o well lol but all in all a 9 out of 10 driver for my swing.

This is easiest the best driver I have ever owned, and I’ve had a few. Longer and straighter than any other club I have hit. It fills me with confidence every time I tee up. I can’t speak highly enough of this club.

Ive owned this driver since the day it was released and I still cannot justify taking it out the bag I consitantly hit it 300yrds and see no reason to be buying brand new equipment when I can do whatever I want with this driver.

I find it easy to hit and easy to shape and I have dropped 12 shots off my handicap since its purchase

4 years old now and if i lost it or it was stolen or broken I would be gutted.

I have the 10.5 regular and it feels superb I've hit some monsters lately and she's staying in the bag for some time yet.

I had a titleist 909d2, 8.5 custom fitted, with a prolaunch red stiff shaft. Dont get me wrong i was hitting this well 270 carry nice fade shot. I was recently playing a round with a friend and he has the Rapture 9 Deg, stiff Aldila vs proto. I had a couple of hits with this and all i can say it is amazing. The next day i purchased one from e bay at a steal at £85 including postage. I have played 4 rounds with this so far and it will be staying in the bag. I play off 3 and i am hitting this driver better than i have ever hit a driver. I am also getting 10- 20 yards more carry and its the straightest driver ever. The flight is better than the titleist slightly higher ball flight but it just keeps going and going, also the prolaunch in the titleist feels a bit boardy, but the vs feels amazing. I also found it to be very forgiving on off centre hits. Overall best driver i have ever used, nice heavier head feel and feels solid off the face. I would recommend to any hanidcapp golfer.

Had a fitting with the local golf pro for a new Ping Driver.Tried out the G10 G15 and Rapture V2. He worked on my swing speed to find which shaft would suit. Hit a lot of balls to discover on which loft. Regular shaft with 13.5 loft was the answer. I decided to buy the Rapture V2. It just felt better all round. Can now hit the ball further and straighter and have knocked my handicap down by 4 shots. It's a great club and gives you confidence on the tee. I would urge people to get fitted though has i wouldn't have chose 13.5 loft in a million years !

I bought this Ping Rapture club because i found a good deal on it, instead of the 500-600, it was on clearance for 200, so i tested it out and loved it. It seems not to hit as far as my older criver but i can hit it straighter then ever which might make up for my distance loss on my slice.

this Ping Rapture driver is great for all people inbetween the sizes of kids and mens because it is one of the shorter drivers it has nice flex and always puts it straight down the fairway and because you can get it quite flexible it is easier for me to use. at some stores it will be quite expensive making it up to 500.00 but if you find the right deal you will find some like mine that i bought for only 220.00

I just took up golfing this year and i had gotten in about 20 rounds prior to purchasing the ping rapture. It easily added another 30 yds from my goliath black fly 12 degree. I was expecting really nothing out of it besides a little more flash in my bag, What a pleasant suprise!
