Proline DW12

proline dw12 is a great cheap intergrated dishwasher, washes everything really easily ! large multi position racks, washes well, rapid wash is great for dishes just used, washed in under 25 minutes. easy to install and change height. little bit noisey, but shut the kitchen door and you cant here it

After almost a year using this rotten Proline DW12, I have pretty much given up and started washing things in the sink. I get a much better result that way. I am thinking of asking Comet to take this product back as it has never worked properly no matter what I do. Normal size dinner plates are too tall for it and impede the action of the whirly plastic blade thing at the top. It almost NEVER gets anything really clean. I've tried stacking it in different ways - no difference. I've tried using different brands of tablet and rinseaid - no difference. I've tried regularly topping up the salt - no difference whatsoever. This piece of junk is a waste of kitchen space. I used a Hotpoint dishwasher with no trouble at all in the house I rented before I bought my own house and dishwasher and I SO wish I hadn't gone for Proline!

Pieces started falling off our Proline DW12 dishwasher. The handle area actually snapped after about 4 months. The machine does not actually switch itself off now after just over 12 months. Went out for the day and found the cycle still on!
