Very disappointed just opened my order from Fragrance direct and no free gift in it,I phoned to ask why and was told out of stock of the free gift but are still advertising it and they are not interested in my complaint this is false advertise . SO BEWARE

I had two missing items from my order and they have not refunded or replaced

Disgusting customer service I spoke to an advisor today who sided with Royal Mail that the weight was correct with no pic or proof of the weight

In the past they have sent me extra order which I returned

This company stay away from I am going tk report it on every website

Items were not delivered and no email or call to say why I had to phone as delivery was a birthday present and was already late the apologised and said they would get it out that day or the next at the latest the 25th January then I received email that wont be delivered until the 26th so annoying even if they had not got one of the eight items in stock they should tell me first and send other items anyway at least I would have had something to give as present not a reliable company

Ordered an item. It arrived unsealed and half empty. Rang customer service and they won't even access my account to discuss. Terrible customer service. Do not use.

I ordered for my mother's birthday, 2 weeks later they did not deliver, I emailed & they simply said ' your order had a problem, it I cancelled now'

I told them it was her birthday, they did not say sorry nor show any care.

I ordered a second time, 1 week later it happened again!!! but I contacted them again!!! This time the guy was sorry & apologised but the first customer care could not give a d*mn.

Genuine perfume and a fantastic price. Well packaged and fast delivery. Will definitely recommend this site and will be using again.It did take a while for the money to be taken out of my account but it was taken out the day of delivery

First time ordering from here delivery was super fast earlier than expected date packaged nice and secure. Products are great quality and all as expected for a fraction of the price will definetly order from here again ..very soon ..no disappointments with this company 5* customer service

This product seems fake as colour is very different from original also containers are different. I spent £60 and would never use them again.

I ordered a kalvin Klein perfume on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend. It arrived the following Tuesday after the weekend. The order was well packed and unopened. I paid a little extra for the delivery as I needed it for a birthday present. I have not used them before or encountered their customer service. But am a happy bunny. I would use again.

I payed for next day delivery and they used many of excuses why it hasn't been delivered, tried telling me that it was a bank hoilday that's why, when it clearly wasn't. the gentleman I spoken to on the phone said I was lying and he wouldn't say that, the staff are not helpful with the stressful times this website gives you, I would not recommend you to anyone, customer service POOR, delivery POOR& they go around the houses with everything to get you off the phone quick.
