I was refereed by HP because my battery was out of production. Impact computers had what I needed, make sure it was the right part and got it to me quickly. Only spoke to one person...That's what I consider good customer service. One person, one job, done quickly and correctly.

This company is a joke! Just like many other people, I ordered a part that showed they had in stock only to find out days later that they don't have it. When I called to complain, Yuri just laughed and said Sorry, just order it from someone else. I ordered something from in 2012 and they screwed up that order too. Against my better judgement I ordered this part hoping they had changed, but they haven't. This is a Mickey Mouse operation and they don't care about customer service at all. They never know what they have in stock. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, you will regret it

Purchased system board for an older Compaq notebook. Everything about the purchase was perfect with Impact Computers.

When I initially goggled for a specific part number, two companies appeared at the top of the list. The companies were Impact and Ascendtech. I place an order with Ascendtech and heard nothing for two days. I called and asked when the item would ship and I was told "next week" two times. I asked if the item was in stock and the rep said it would not be on the website if unavailable. When "next week" arrived, I received a refund and was notified the part was not in stock.

My experience was the exact opposite with Impact. I will buy from them again and highly recommend them. I talked to a courteous and informed rep on the phone during the ordering process. Thanks Impact!!

Delivery was very fast from ImpactComputers to Alaska. I ordered the wrong part, numbers were similar but when I got them, I found out that they would not fit.

Emailed Impact and got an immediate response with an RMA. No waiting around, no list of questions, just "Here is your RMA sir, please let us know if we can be of further assistance."

That is the type of service that will keep me coming back.

Called during early afternoon hours needing something sent to me NDA. They had what i needed in stock and were able to get it shipped. Shipping rate was reasonable and customer service was great.

Impact Computers came through in a crunch for us. The RAID controller failed on a critical server and we needed it back online ASAP. The sales and customer service teams worked with us and were very professional and pleasant during the entire process. Parts arrived early the next Day.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Impact. I wasn't sure of the memory I needed to purchase to upgrade my computer but talked to someone on the phone and they did some research and identified what I needed. It was delivered as promised and it solved my problem with my computer. In my case I found the price to be right, and the delivery prompt meaning the next time I need a replacement part I will consider Impact first before running around to stores in my area.
