Have used this firm for some years but recent order (over £30) was incorrect - part of order - 3 extra capacity (at higher price)of one set were not sent - only 3 normal capacity (at lower price)instead. Response to complaint pathetic - they refused to acknowledge their error despite sending photos of erroneos cartridges - TWICE!.

"Customer service" not existant - will avoid tbis company in future and would advise others also to do so.

I have been using Print Cartridge Direct for as many years as i have had a printer, and in all that time i have never had any complaints. They have always been cheaper than other places, the postage is only 99p for whatever you order, and its always dispatched the same day.!! What more can i say.!!
